It really saddens me to write this review, because I've taken my dog Soju here a few times and honestly, they make him look so cute. The problem is this last time he came home acting completely different. He was visibly uncomfortable, like within a few steps he'd throw his bottom down and try to lick, scratch, or scoot. He's normally an active dog who loves to chase balls and will do anything for a treat, and he didn't even want to do either. I looked at his sanitary areas and noticed it was pretty pink and irritated looking. I called Furever Grooming and sent them a photo and they were nice about it, said it looked like a hot spot or skin irritation or that it could be allergies or something that just wasn't visible before the grooming session. I get that from a photo, that's a reasonable guess, but he was not doing any of this before his appointment. Zero scooting, zero licking, nothing. He started right when I picked him up from his grooming session. I'm not trying to say they did something wrong on purpose, but when your dog goes from totally fine to that uncomfortable that fast, right after being groomed, it's hard to not connect the dots. Their aftercare advice was appreciated, but this whole thing has honestly made me nervous to bring him back here, so I think I'm going to look for a different groomer :( read more

I had a very upsetting experience with Furever Groomers. My dog was cut during the grooming process, which is completely unacceptable and very concerning. I was also extremely unhappy with the way my dog was treated and felt that the staff were not gentle or caring toward my pet. Our animals depend on us to keep them safe, and they deserve to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect. After this experience, I no longer feel comfortable trusting Furever Groomers with my dog. I hope they take this seriously and make sure something like this does not happen to another dog . read more

Don't bring your pets here if you love them. Horrible people they mistreated my dog and I have seen other reviews of people having the same experience and the owner Cathy cussed me out like if it was my fault they cut my dog badly and didn't inform me. She also got the bad reviews deleted so people won't see don't trust them read more

if i could give no starts i would!!!! The way the lady worker handled my dog when i walked in was not normal like they say they do , the worker was yelling at him with frustration and was pulling him harder than usual. The manager thought it was funny as im adressing the situation seriously. In the footage she provided u can see my dog putting his hand on the lady signing for her to stop as she is pulling agressively on his chin. And also the video she provides cuts off at a certain point where u can see she doesn't let go of him pulling him agressively i ask to see the rest and she does nit want to provide the full video. i confronted her over the phone and she said i was bothering her all day and proceeded to use profanity and yelling at me. I never seen my dog had tears come out of his eyes until today, they tried to blame it on the shampoo they used. This is honestly unacceptable and crazy to experience. I would not recommend bringing ur dog here!!! read more

Was looking for a new place to groom our two longer haired husky-mixes and came across Furever grooming on Yelp. Called to book an appointment & was able to get scheduled for both pups the same week. They ask for updated vaccine records (rabies) which I was able to easily text. We went for a wash, brush, and trim. We asked them to focus on the tail & butt floof area because it always gets tangled and rough. Additionally, one of our pups has always been anxious with groomers/baths in general so trying a new place always makes me a little nervous as well. After 3 hr 15min we picked them up and WOW! We could visibly see a difference in the way their hair looked. Not only that, but their staff had taken their time to really brush out their tails & buttfloof to the point we could just run our fingers through their fur - from their skin straight to the end of the hair easily. I deeply appreciated this & it goes to show the level of care and attention to detail their staff put in. Our more anxious pup always tries to run out from the groomers and leave the building/space (we've had 3 different ones in the past) & I noticed that this time around, she was still interacting with their staff and not pawing at the door to leave or screaming at us to take her out. She was actually calmer than usual which put us at ease!!!! What a wonderful first experience & they have fantastic pricing. We'll definitely come back & would recommend Furever Grooming for any pet parent. read more

Great service for a reasonable price. I am very skeptical when it comes to choosing a groomer for my cat. The gal that groomed my cat was very thoughtful, cautious, and compassionate towards my partially disabled cat. I appreciate their care while my cat was with them. Will be returning back here read more

The staff were so nice, professional, attentive and provided amazing customer service. As soon as we entered the business we were greeted warmly and with smiles. They were able to explain the different types of services and which one my pup would need - I was a little nervous since this would be my 4mth old pups first time at a groomers but she did really well. First timers here at Furever Grooming! They're super close so it's easy to drop off my pup, Kasper. Luckily they had an availability today for a full groom. Upon walking in, the salon was super cute and colorful! Kasper was so excited and we were greeted when we walked in. Thorough questions were asked and I also showed them inspo pics from their Instagram so we'd be on the same page. Kasper looked so cute fluffy and fresh when I picked him up! Highly rec Kay!! Thanks so much! :) read more

Absolutely loved my experience here! Aylin did a full bath and body hair cut on my pup! She was super friendly, quick, and did an amazing job!! He looks so cuteeee. Location is easy to find, service only took an hour and a half which is kinda crazy because I was used to going to groomers that would take 3/4 hours. I loved how she was the only one working on my pup because he gets anxious. Will stick to this spot from now on read more

I wasn't sure what to expect for my puppy's 1st grooming! My Labradoodle went from looking like a shabby homeless puppy to a well groomed and respected puppy. He could be a puppy model now. The primary reason I chose furever grooming was because the attention I received on the phone and the person seemed like she was most concerned with Rocco's well being and how he would respond. New things for animals can be traumatic & scarring forever and it's important to choose the right match for your puppy or grown dog. We were very impressed with Furever and it certainly emboldens my thoughts of who I choose to do business with forever. Thank you for being gentle with my puppy. RG the real reviewer! read more

I don't live in the area, so I'm not a regular customer. I called in hoping I could get my baby girl bathed at the last minute as i had to be in the area with June. They told me they had an opening and it would be about 3 hours. I got in earlier than expected and the took June in and were able to get her groomed sooner than expected. They were super friendly and June did good and came out looking BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for helping out and if I'm in the area again with June, I'll be sure to pre-plan. read more

It was my fur baby's first time. His old groomer left to go somewhere and I was very afraid to try out another place because he was traumatized before. The staff there was super nice and sweet! I asked them to please be gentle with my fur baby, they took care of him so well! Even texted me a video of him in between to assure me he was doing great. He was cut the exact same way as his old groomer and they were quick. He was also there playing with other little dogs too having fun! I have found the new groomers for my fur baby now! Thanks everyone! read more

It was my first time coming here and they did not disappoint at all. first, i had to reschedule my appointment last minute due to a conflict and the staff members were so accommodating and tried their best to fit me in. second, the haircut was everything i asked for. i gave them a general idea of what haircut i want for my dog and they understood right away. and the shampoo they used made my dog's fur super soft and fluffy. they finished fairly quick and i was very satisfied with the results. i will definitely be coming back! read more

I was recommended by my sister to visit Furever Grooming, and this is Mini's first time here. I love how his grooming turned out! Mini is a little jumping dog and doesn't like having his face touched, but this is one of the best haircuts we've ever had for him. His face looks so rounded this time. His paws are adorable, he smells great, and his fur is incredibly soft. I highly recommend bringing your dog here; they definitely deserve to be more popular! read more

Love this place! Tried out this groomer today because our groomer had moved out of state recently. Super caring and nice staff. I love that they have clear instructions on drop-off time, so I know just what to expect. They took great care grooming my dog Russell (who could be difficult and nippy) just the way we had asked for. Russell is a miniature poodle and we like him to have a short cut. Often in the past, we ran into groomers who insisted on keeping the "poofs" on him. Furever did it just the way we asked. I would definitely come back. Russell looks handsome and sporty (as sporty as a poodle could look lol). Highly recommended. read more

I had a great experience with Cathy, who is kind and talented. I asked her to do whatever cut she felt would look best for my labradoodle and she definitely delivered! My dog came out with a cute, clean cut, and I can tell he was very thoroughly bathed. A week later and he still feels very soft and clean. I was also really happy to see my dog waiting for me in the lobby area (i.e. not kenneled) when I arrived for pick up. We will definitely be regular customers, as it is hard to find local groomers with availability and reasonable pricing! read more

I took my two Pomeranians to Furever for a bath today, their first time, and had such a great experience! Cathy was absolutely wonderful--super kind, patient, and gentle. My baby boy brother can be a bit temperamental (he tends to show his teeth when nervous), but Cathy handled him like a total pro and didn't mind at all.
