I don't usually post bad reviews, but I feel like I really needed to post this. If I could give…read morethis place a 0/5, I would. We had our dog, Dory, boarded at this location this weekend. She came home with what appears like bite marks on her leg and scratches on her tummy. Scratches are understandable as some dogs have sharp claws, but the rest is inexcusable. She was very skiddish when we got her home. She was very dirty AND she smelled like urine. This is neglectful treatment of my dog, of ANY dog. Never going back to this Dogtopia location.

My dog weighs thirteen pounds. He was repeatedly being humped/mounted by three dogs. This went on for twenty minutes as the "coach" in the room did nothing about it. My dog could very likely have been hurt. I called in and only then the coach began breaking up the humping, but it was relentless. She didn't stop the problem, just tried to break it up. The stress on my little dog must have been awful. They moved out one of the dogs eventually. I was told there is no limit on the amount of dogs allowed in the room. There are too many dogs to manage from what I saw. When I got my dog he reeked of urine and general dog odor. It was disgusting. I would never take my dog there again. I do not believe it is a safe place judging by the lack of care for his well being. I have had other dogs at daycare before and they never came out smelling like that. Please take care when considering this place. I am just now reading the reviews and I see I am not alone in my negative review.

I also had my dog groomed towards the end of her stay, which turned out adorable. Upon picking my dog up, and returning home, she was barely able to keep her eyes open in the car! I can only assume her playtime and the attention she was given was enough to keep her calm and happy. I appreciated that there were three separate areas, one for big dogs, one for medium dogs, and a quiet area for small dogs. They also returned leftover food. Very affordable - would definitely go back! My pup acted completely normal after pick up which was reassuring that she was comfortable.

When we first walked in she's was very anxious with the barking and she only likes small dogs so they let her go with the small dogs until it was time for her grooming. We cannot say enough amazing things about Melissa!…read more She has been visiting our sweet guy, Jax, for the last couple years and she has been nothing short of kind and loving towards him. When we leave for work, we have no doubts in our mind that Melissa will be there for him at his schedule time. On top of that, she always texts us when she leaves and fills us in on their play date. Melissa has even watched Jax while my husband and I went on vacation. We always vacationed easy knowing that when Jax was with Melissa he was safe and fed, and most importantly getting tons of love and playtime! Melissa is simply the best and we are so happy that we found her!

Melissa called back almost immediately and we set an appointment up for her to assess the dogs, our needs, etc. Zeke, my oldest is the one I gather from on who is a good guy or someone I need to watch. He seemed fine, but it was our shy Artemis that sealed the deal!! Melissa knows dogs and is experienced at what she does. I love the texts she sends to let me know everyone is okay. I also love the texts from my neighbors letting me know they're seeing some happy puppies out with Melissa!! I highly recommend At Your Barn 'N Call to help you with your precious ones!!!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I made an appointment for 9am with Mary and she did such an excellent job with Buttercup. My baby smells, looks, and (I bet) feels so good! Price wise as well it's very reasonable and time management is handled in a fashionably order. Overall, it took about 2 hours! Definitely recommend.

It turned out I found out I am traveling for the holiday and needed to find someone to watch my kitty. I was lost. It was a week from Christmas making finding an opening a Herculean task. Enter Yelp and all of the great businesses! I found the reference for Phoebe's and really liked what I read. I called to make an appointment and the owner Melissa got right back to me. We set an appointment to meet the next day in the afternoon and she would bring the sitter. I was nervous because while my girl is friendly, she is VERY particular. I didn't have to worry. She immediately took to Sheena putting all of my anxiety to rest. They both asked great questions on my cat's care and wanted to know everything on how to give the best care. They went over everything from food to litter to cost...which considering the timing is not bad. It's $20 per visit and they would cover everything from feeding to getting the mail to taking out the trash. If you need to leave town and need someone to take care of your beloved fur baby...don't hesitate! I'm sure Melissa and her crew will be more than happy to take on the job!

She's been doing daily walks for over a year. My husband and I are nurses and we have ever changing schedules and Melissa has shown so much flexibility with us. I feel so lucky to have her daily medical and behavioral assessments. She has helped us enrich the lives of our dogs by making suggestions for treat puzzles, stroller for my old man dog, minimizing competitive behaviors, and urgent trips to the vet. I can't emphasize her influence here enough. She truly cares about the physical and mental health of the boys. She takes extra special care of my elderly 17 year old man dog. They love her so much they howl when they see her drive up! She is also quite the photographer. It's wonderful to receive pictures of my boys enjoying their day with her while I'm at work. Many of them are "frame-worthy." We feel so lucky to have gotten a spot with Melissa, peace of mind with your pets is priceless! I also want to say that Melissa found an injured turtle in my neighbor's driveway. She took it to NCState for treatment. She is an angel!

Took my dog up there on 27th of August for cherry eye surgery and to get spayed. $1000s of dollars later and multiple vet bills bc my dog got really sick from meds and had to be hooked to IV's. 2 weeks after final eye check up cherry eye is back out. They tell us that they could do surgery again for discounted rate. Something wasn't done right bc no way if it was stitched properly it would last less than a month. They did say it probably will never come back out but could when she gets older and here i am $1000s of dollar spent and have the same looking dog with huge cherry eye after spending money on surgery, diarrhea meds, probiotics, eye creams, cones, changing her foods bc her stomach was so sensitive afterwards... I'm beyond frustrated and the lack of accountability from Clayton Animal Hospital is just astounding. Fix what you didn't do right is all I'm asking... Side note: 2 weeks after surgery we started seeing the white stitching string. The vet said this is normal. Now I don't think it is bc I think the stitching was coming out. Side note: their staff is great and pleasant to deal with and I love all of them and I hope we can come to resolution and I can update later that they did the right thing
