We LOVE Luv2Play!…read more My 3 year old has a blast every time we visit. The play area is soft, spacious and clean. There is plenty of room for the kids to run around and get all of their energy out, and a few arcade games available (at an additional cost). There is a 360-degree view around the entire large play structure in the back, so you can easily spot your kid from any angle. There is a 250 lb weight limit in the large structure, so parents can definitely get up there and have some fun too! The smaller play areas towards the front are geared towards crawlers and new walkers, which I am sure we will be taking advantage as soon as my 7 month old masters her crawl, which is more of a backwards scoot at the moment. I love that they play songs geared towards their audience (kids), and that all of the food they offer is kid friendly (pizza, nuggets, fries, goldfish, etc). They have 5 table setups near the concession area towards the front of the play center, and a huge wrap around bar with seating that borders the play area, giving parents the ability easily supervise the kids. They have 3 party rooms, so they can easily accommodate a party of any size. The staff and managers are both very friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Everyone visiting must wear socks, but they do sell them if you forget to bring a pair. I usually keep a few spare pairs in our diaper bag just in case we decide to stop there on a whim. Also, no outside food or drinks are allowed inside the facility - which isn't a big deal for us since I typically plan on buying a pizza whenever we go. The only issue I have experienced involves the "stroller" rule. Guests are not allowed to bring strollers back into the play area. To be fair, I totally get why this is a rule - the play area would definitely get crowded if strollers were permitted. The issue is that I have seen parents allowed to bring their strollers to the play area on multiple visits. I have even asked if I could bring my stroller back when I saw another parent with a stroller in the play area, and they gave me some excuse why that parent was allowed to bring their stroller back but I wasn't (something along the lines of the parent agreed to wipe their stroller down with disinfectant? Which I would have happily done!) Other than that, our experiences here have been positive. We will continue to return and highly recommend this place to other parents!

The little baby area was cool for my baby to crawl around and play but it was hard to just let her go since there were bigger kids coming in the area as well. It was cute but I used my whole thing of wipes just trying to wipe down stuff baby girl would be touching. While I know germs are inevitable in places like this, this place would be so much better if it wasn't visibly dirty. I don't even feel like this going to some of the trampoline parks. And maybe if they monitor the area for big kids where the babies are playing that would ease a few minds as well. The baby had fun, I guess that's all that matters.

There's a limit because they don't want to overpack the place. The slots are in 30 min increments. There are people to oversee the playground, but you can't just drop them off and leave the kids there. You still have to be present. You have to take your shoes off first and there's cubbies for you to place them in. Then my favorite part is actually the handwashing station. There's 2 circles and you just place your hands and arms in there until it turns on. You remove your hands once the machine stops and then you dry your hands with some paper towels after. There's a large soft play area for kids. There's also a Jungle gym structure for bigger kids. There's a family rest room, nursing room, and changing room. This place has it all and there's plenty of space for parents to sit and watch.

Who really likes going to birthday parties at Chuck E Cheese when there are a gazillion kids…read morerunning around? I know it's not one of the things I look forward to. If you want to have a kids birthday party or just want the kids to burn off some of that energy take them to The Bounce Around. It is super cheap ($6/hr) and they have lots of inflatables for them to jump and run around in. They also have an air hockey game and basketball game. Tables in a back room are available if you book a party package. Like I said come here for your own sanity if you want to have a stress-free birthday party. You will rarely ever see a crowd in here. Heck I've been to this mall numerous times and have hardly seen anyone at all in here. You have the place practically to yourself. There are no running signs posted throughout. Socks are required. You can buy a pair for $1 if kiddos aren't wearing socks when they come. They also sell snacks and drinks at the counter. The staff isn't the most attentive as we had to find the girl working because she was off sitting around on her phone.

How freaking cool is that to have a place like this inside a mall??? It's so Amazeballs !!!!! My son Jumped arpund so much that he actually got tired. There's also this cool air ball machine that allows you to insert a ball into a tube air machine and it spits the ball out at the direction to which you point it. It's so Fun! Me and My son was having so much fun here. The kids were running around and the parents were in the seats just watching their babies burn off all the calories and energy they consume while shopping. Lol! Just so awesome. There are long inflatables, then there's short ones, ones with balls, and even ones without! Overall Every Kid should come here. It's like Heaven for Parents because after shopping you get to sit down and watch your child run and jump all over the place! Everyone Wins at the End!

This review is based only on the indoor, upstairs playstructure/arcade area…read more First off, the parking was easy and the staff was nice. We paid for two 10 year olds and went upstairs to play. There was only one other kid and his adult in this room. Other kids were at the establishment but they were in day camps. My first impression was that the room smelled strongly of stinky feet. But the kids wanted to play in AC as it was HOT outside, so I held my breath When we tried the arcade games, half of them took our money so we gave up. They did get two to work and were able to get a "prize" but still dissapointing. To be fair, there did seem to be other play structures and water play outside but I think that it was either for the camp kids only, or it cost more. I could have asked, but my two were over it. It might just be for younger kids. For the price, I probably won't bring my daughter back.
