This is by far my 2 year old toddler's favorite place to be at. She's always wanting to go to the "playground" and play with the kitchen as seen on the little kids she watches on YouTube. I was so excited to see this little place open that reminded me of a smaller version of discovery zone which was my playground back when i was a kid. The vibrant colors of this place draws the attention of every little kid that passes by. We've been here a handful of times now since opening and my daughter doesn't get tired of this place. It's $15 for every child and adults are free for 2 hours of play. It's so worth it when it's a great place to tired the kids out. There's a 1-4 ages section is is barricaded off by a players gate that has tons of things for them to play with. And there's also a back section where the older kids can play in that has bigger slides and a trampoline. I'd say ages 1 to 10 years old would be a good age range for some good fun at this place. Always remember to bring socks even for adults. I'm considering having a birthday party here for my daughters next birthday since i saw that they're now offering birthday packages. They have an area of tables in the back that you could throw a smaller part for little kids. I hope to see that they expand this place sometime in the future, that'd be awesome considering how busy it can get especially on weekends! read more

Waited for a while to come back to this place but they were safe and ready. Temperature check, hand sanitizer and more. Kids had fun! You have 2 hours and didn't think the kids would want to be there that long.... but we stayed the entire time. Clean, safe and cool for kids. We will be back. read more

Poor customer service. My son was excited to try this place but the person in the front seems like she doesn't want to do her job. She doesn't even say hi or explain anything. If I could put a zero star I would. read more

The place is becoming filthy. It needs cleaning and sanitizing the toys. They looked old and dirty. Nonetheless, kids had fun. It's vibrant. Just maybe needs to tighten up the fence cus it kept opening. Very easy for my toddler to get out and run away. read more

Such a great place! Got invited as a third wheel on a play date and I'm so glad we tagged along. My 2 and 4 year olds had so much fun and there is plenty of fun to get into. By the end of our two hour visit my children were wiped out. My daughter has already asked if we can go back tomorrow. Unfortunately due to the current state, we won't be back often- yet! But staff was friendly and we really did have such a nice time. Also note, we got fever checks before we were admitted. Everything looked very clean. No funky smells or beat up toys. Seriously. It was spotless inside. Will definitely be back! read more

Ever had a place so amazing you wanted to keep it all to yourself!? This is that place!! Unbelievably blessed by the hospitality and patience of this venue when booking my son's Bday party here last minute. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed/wanted to show my son and our guests a great time. Affordable venue without the gimmicks, local love, and exceeded expectations overall. Best deal on the island and amazing owners/employees. We are grateful for funtastic kidzone for being exactly that‼ read more

Overall the experience is good, wasn't too busy on a Friday afternoon so we went and checked it out my daughter had a blast, while it was a bit random in terms of layout/toys for the overall price it was adequate. I would understand paying 10 more bucks and going to kid city very well cleaned constantly sanitizing wiping down, which is why it's 4 not 5 but if in the area and wanting some AC and a break give this a place a check out. read more

Finally a zone where kids can be kids! Make sure you leave the house with socks for your children. If you forget the front desk sells grip socks. It's such a great idea with the kids toys stations and rides and active zones. There are gates that make sure the children stay in a certain area. The back side are for older children or children who are daring. They give you a wrist band and time it runs up!! I hope they open more of these places for our keiki!!!! read more

This new spot is in Pearlridge on the old "downtown" side (no idea what it's called now.. makai maybe?) across from the bathroom and Lids. It's $15 for 2 hours, and I think they expect all kids (regardless of age) to pay. She wanted us to pay for my 6mo old, and said "she could play on the toddler side. We have lots of 6mo old kids that play there". She's not even crawling yet (& she's teething so everything goes in her mouth), so we declined and just paid for my 5 yr old. If you're coming solo with your kid, I recommend you meet a friend and come for a play date. We came on a Friday around 2pm, and it was pretty quiet-- quite a bit of "toddlers" in the toddler area, but no kids running around the big kid playground. My son ran around for a good 10 minutes alone, then a kid came from the toddler side so he ran around with him for a bit. Big kid area has a nice sized playground (two levels, slide, trampoline, swinging hammocks, hanging punching bag looking things, some climbers). But toddler area is where it's at! They have a merry-go-round type thing (but hanging balls to sit on), small house, play kitchen w/ toys, climbers, two big motorized rocking structures for sitting, big bouncy balls, "workshop" w/ tools. My son was asking if he could go in there but I told him it's for younger kids (the worker said when we entered that it's for "toddlers"). My son was done in about 30mins. My takeaway from this experience-- good for kids 3 and under. Older kids, bring a friend! read more

What a great idea! Finally something for all the kids and an actual space dedicated for parties. There could be a better situation for the parents watching the keiki. I saw a lot of parents in and on the play areas and thought they should've regulated that better. We really enjoyed the designated birthday area. Which comes complete with a sink(very low water pressure). The play areas are awesome and fun. They even separate the big kids from the little ones. Don't forget to bring socks but if you do then you can buy some for like $4(don't quote me). The kids had fun, and we'll probably stop by again. read more

Incredible. Thank you for existing. Our son loves watching Blippi so we were happy to find something similar for him to enjoy. Just like on the show. The place is split in half. Young children can play in a fenced off area with toys and small rides. Parents have padded chairs along the wall they can watch from. The big kids area is a padded obstacle course with slides, trampoline, hammocks, and other obstacle courses. $15 for 3 hours and parents are free. read more

We come here all the time! Monthly pass works for us. I think we know all the workers haha! Jayna looks forward to meeting new friends and talking to the workers and adding to her sock collection She just has a blast and it helps put her to sleep on time it's good that they have a section for the littler ones and the not as little ones. The parents for the most part do pay attention to their kids. For me, hanging out with my daughter is the most fun there is. I don't know how some parents just let them do whatever without paying any attention to them. I don't get that but I guess everyone is different. read more

Overcrowded unsupervised death trap run by a bunch of ignorant uneducated, Unfriendly, rude people. With a maze of tunnels in cages that more look like a fluorescent concentration camp instead of a fun zone.Had an issue with the front desk lady asking for my identification and a bunch of personal information, they didn't even understand their own policy. Instead of explaining of explaining Their policy and why the request so much personal information , I wastold me I don't have to come in if I didn't want to. Most of the play stuff os a bunch of Generic crap bought from Walmart. Save yourself the time and money and take your kid to the park and play read more

I think this place is permanently closed. I've come by twice with my kid. Last week and this week during business operating hours. The place is dark and the metal gated is lowered and locked. There's no sign saying permanently closed or opening later this year. read more

Excellent: **Affordable and Clean** Took my two toddlers there today and they had a blast! Staff was so friendly and respectful. Lots of things to do... 2 hours flew by! Will definitely be back! read more

I don't know who has more fun here, me or my son. Padding floors, toys, and there's two sections for younger kids (1-4) and older kids. 2hr limit and so much to do. Always a hassle trying to leave, my son can NEVER leave without making a scene. read more

Poorly mismanaged and maintained. Took my grand kids there on a weekend. The woman employee said no entry without socks. Fortunately, I got for my grandkids and watched them from outside the facility. I noticed few parents inside were not wearing socks, just sandals and slippers. Also, employee said no food is allowed inside but I saw a customer coming out with a bento in her hand. Terribly inconsistent and not monitored. Lastly, there was another employee cleaning the interior, however with her coughing and sneezing, she caused more harm than good. No more of this place for me. read more

One person for the entire place checking people in. No one enforcing any rules. Older kids playing in the little kids fenced off area. One girl, was doing dangerous stunts on the ball-go-round and no parents or employees enforcing rules. Kids maskless, coughing in the face of my granddaughter. 2 girls taking the stroller she was playing with so I had to step in and take it back from them explaining that my granddaughter was still playing with it. Lack of enforcement for posted rules. Not going again and not recommending it to anyone who cares. Small, cramped, not worth the $15. read more

I went to this place recently with family and the kids LOVED IT. It is definitely one of the better alternatives compared to the other popular kids spots such as Children's Discovery Center , Kids City etc. The prices are reasonable for sure! We will be coming in again soon ! Awesome staff and management !! read more

I love the concept but I would love to see a few changes... first things first double the size this place is way too small to accommodate the amount of people it attracts. Second it would be great if they had an actual seating area for the parents. Third I have a 3 yo who loves to jump but no trampoline in the little kids area! And lastly their party packages suck aren't affordable and/or worth the money. If I'm in the area I'd probably go again but if these changes were made good would definitely become a regular thing. read more

My child (4 years old) had an amazing time. 2 hours is pretty long, to wait for kids playing but he had a great time. suggestions: adult size chairs, more sanitizer, there was only 1 at the register area and they were out. read more

Good place to take your young ones to burn off extra energy. As previously mentioned they do require socks now (they also sell them with grip). Best time to go is during the week when it's less crowded and you don't have to worry about the big kids trampling your younger ones. Also you're not limited to two hours like you are on the weekends, weekdays is unlimited play time! Lastly the people that work there are not there to watch your kids. Get off your phone and watch your own kids it's not a daycare. read more

For $14.95 this facility is extremely disappointing. Most of their play things are the same exact things you buy for your kids to play with at home. Not made for commercial use at all. No one supervises the actual play areas so many of the bigger kids are constantly playing in the 1-4 year old zones. Their party area is a joke. Plus, now they require socks, not grip socks, but socks in a slippery mostly plastic covered surfaced play area. Talk about slipping hazard. Don't know who's idea that was. Not coming back. read more

This place is great!! The only thing I wish they did better was to enforce the toddler area as stated. My poor 3 year old was getting trampled on by all these rough housing older kids. read more

Yay! Hawaii finally has an indoor playground. You see a ton of these in Vegas but none really in Hawaii that has stayed around. There is a great variety of things for the kiddos to do. I think a better age range for this place would be 18 months to 8 years old. I think it's a bit dangerous for kids who just turned 1 because of the bigger kids. They do have a portion blocked off for kids ages 1 to 4 but I still wouldn't feel comfortable as toddlers can play quite rough. This place has a lot of potential. I would also recommend the adults be required to wear socks for sanitary reasons. It would also be nice to hear some music while the kids play. Maybe there was some and we just couldn't hear it? We came on a Thursday night and stayed for a little over an hour. I would recommend going to this place on a weekday because I can imagine how much more crowded it must be during the weekends. Thanks for having us! read more

Fun for kids BUT so many dangers here. Came here 2 times before deciding I never come back. $15 for 2 hours. They make the kids wear sock but not the adults. The floors are grungy looking. The toddler area that's meant for ages 1-4 (according too the sign posted) has a bunch of older kids running around making it in unsafe for the younger ones. The worker didn't enforce the age rule. Toddler area has random toys spread out all over the fenced off area along with 2 exposed outlets and plugs for the moving "rides". The older kids play area has 3 slides, 3 swings, a bunch of things to climb and a trampoline among other things. This side is fun but in my experience none of the parents were watching their kids on this side. Kids were running wild and throwing jenga "bricks" at each other. Parents came running only after a kid would cry but not once did I see an employee in the area checking things out or enforcing the rules posted. Kid City in Ka Makana Alii is a much better choice and for only $5 more than this place, you get better toys and equipment, a clean facility and less safety hazards read more

The manager here, Janice, is SO INCOMPETENT. She loves arguing over the phone! I'd rather not give my money to a business that treats potential customers poorly. read more

Nice place for keiki! Will definitely visit again! A bit smaller than expected but good enough to stay for 2 hours I guess haha.

Great place to take your kids if you're at Pearl Ridge. They have 2 play areas, one for 4 years or younger and another area for 5+. They have tons of activities for kids to enjoy, which include a trampoline area, swings and much more! Kids are required to wear socks which you can buy from them for $2.00 if you did not bring your own which is very convenient. The cost is $15 per child for 2 hours of play which was more then enough time for my kids to enjoy everything. Overall this is a really fun place for kids. read more

The girl was friendly who was working there and I appreciate the fact you have to wear masks and socks and that they check vaccination cards. There's lots for the keiki to do. There's 2 areas. A toddler area with mini playgrounds and kitchens to play in. Lots of toys. There's also a big jungle gym with slides and a trampoline. My child had so much fun BUT there was something I noticed. The toys, floor and fixtures were FILTHY. Everywhere I looked I could see a thick layer of dust. I've seen toys with bite marks on them and stuffed animals that were old and dirty. I don't think I've ever seen anyone disinfecting or wiping down anything... ever. This place can look so much nicer if they could just clean. The foam puzzle flooring can be scrubbed. It's black from all the dirt. I'm going to be honest and say that for the price, I'd rather go to the bigger one in town. I'm not even a clean freak but with all this covid going around, cleanliness should be a priority. I also noticed the mat that was supposed to be under the slides have come out. Don't even look under the playground...dirty masks, rubbish, hair, dust, dirty and toys. I honestly don't feel safe letting my child play here anymore. I want to support the small local businesses but I just can't with this one. read more
