Jim took his time and helped me find what I needed and had me try on numerous clothing items. Found a perfect coat for the occasion which he is altering for my sleeve length. The owner of Bolero recognizes me and allows me to mill about the store. Craig offers me "help" multiple times and eventually creeps up behind while I'm trying to shop pointing out items and insights on items that I truly have no need or genuine interest in. Not once has he offered a cocktail (I've had to ask in the past) or acknowledged me as a repeat customer. It's time to rethink approach until then I will minimize visits. But that probably would have cost me a lot of money over the years. A specific pair of shoes brought me in and even though they didn't fit the way I liked I quickly found another pair. I ended up purchasing a nice pair of brown leather Nikes. The selection of shoes consists of skater and hip hop style sneakers from brands like Vans, Nike, and Adidas. They appear to carry limited edition styles from all the brands. Before I left the store I looked around at some of the clothing. There were t-shirts, hoodies, jogger pants, and jackets that followed in the same athleisure style as the shoes. There was even a small discount section in back where I found an awesome Alpha Industries flight jacket for half off. As soon as I tried it on I knew that I couldn't live without it. They carry both men's and women's merchandise, however, the selection for men is noticeably larger. The women's selection is similar to men's in both brands and styles. Unheardof also has it's own brand of clothing. I noticed that one section of the wall was covered in skateboards so I assume those were for sale as well. The store is clean with a hip boutique feel and lots of colors and open space that feels welcoming and makes it easy to shop. The employee that helped me was nice, helpful, and polite. I inquired about a cologne that showed it being on sale on my device however in store it rang up as original price. The fine print on my device stated OR for purchases in store OR online. She was nasty with her tone and also lacked willingness to help. I waited for 20 mins before her manager Felisha, happened to walk by and without hesitation assisted me with a resolution. She went above and beyond and I felt much better that we had a resolution HOWEVER Mrs. Long nails LaRhonda with the bad attitude engaged another associate his name begins with "D" (I will update this review with his name at a later time) a tall, light skinned young man who immediately agreed with her without verifying that the item was not available at this location. The individuals lacked professionalism, both LaRhonda and D lied to my face and what's sad is that they was more concerned with getting everyone out before closing. I walked in at 711pm, the store closes at 8. You don't need to be in customer service if you have an attitude when assisting a customer. LaRhonda needs proper training on customer service. Horrible interaction with her nasty attitude. She needs to be in the back unboxing merchandise and away from customers. Thankfully Felisha stepped in at the right time.
