I want to start by saying my three grandkids (age 3 1/2, almost 3 & 18 months) had a blast! It was great to bring the little ones out on a winter day and have some fun. Now here are my concerns..... there is a under 5 yrs old area that has a big sign that states STRICTLY ENFORCED..... no... no it's not. Big kids were running in there and knocking over the little ones. Next- they have a plumbing problem- toilet and sink were backed up in one of the two bathrooms. 2 things that really made shake my head is 1-they Have open electrical outlets on the floor without covers and 2-extension cords plugged in and the only thing to keep kids out is a free standing baby gate. I will also mention some of the beams are covered With padding to protect kids from hurting themselves and some are not. Update: I'm updating my review because I took the grandkids here yesterday 2/17/2020 and everything the owner promised she was going to take care of was taken care of. My grandkids really enjoy this place and I'm very pleased she took my concerns into consideration and fixed everything! I do understand it's a tough business and always try to support local businesses. Kudos to the owner and staff for making this a safe place for kids!!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I was so upset, don't ever I mean ever take your kids here I went here today at 445pm on September 6th 2024 paid for 3 kids 37 dollars I usually love this place but today was horrible! Now let me tell you what happen when my kids where playing my daughter came up to me and told me a little boy about 6 was spitting in the bounce house I told my daughter to tell the lady at the front desk because I was busy cleaning our spot,so after that I came over to my daughter and the lady to ask what happening and the lady was asking my daughter what happen my daughter has autism so she takes her longer to find her words so the lady said outright and said your daughter is acting suspicious and starting to blame her I told her she has autism and she will tell you what happen after you give her time so this lady said I will check the cameras I told her go ahead and then she started saying why I'm having a attitude and I said why are you blaming us when we didn't do anything ! so she started calling me slow in the head and calling me names and then said she hated us people and everything we come here we mess up the bathrooms but we haven't been here in MONTHS and never done anything before I left I asked this lady I wanted the supervisor number so she got a piece of paper and then crinkled it's in her hand and threw it on the floor and told me to pick it up ! So I told my daughter to pick it up for me because I'm petty so I called the number and guess what SHE GAVE ME A FAKE NUMBER but remember everybody this was all on camera and I told security about all this and how disrespectful she was and did a form never come here and was cusing in front of all the children I will never come here again read more

I do NOT recommend planning a birthday party here. I booked a party online for my son's birthday party. One of the managers called me the day before to verify the details, ok cool. They verified that I could come 15 minutes early to set up my party stuff. Then we show up the next morning, all of our balloons, party stuff, cake, and the entire place is closed and dark. So I thought maybe they're running a few minutes late. Finally 15 minutes INTO MY PARTY TIME, I call the phone number that verified with me the day prior. He told me his employee had car trouble and he would comp any extra food we ordered (we ordered one extra pizza). So this teenager eventually shows up (Dunkin' Donuts in hand) while my entire party of children are running around the mall now. It's a half hour into my paid party time. The pizza that they cater in had already arrived and of course the kids aren't hungry yet because they haven't even gotten into the place yet. Once we finally get everything set up, the teenage coworker doesn't even come to check on us even once. Because they had my credit card number from the online booking they automatically charge me the full price for the party and extra pizza. I called the manager the next day and he said he needed to have his boss call me to discuss and possibly refund me and I never heard from anybody. Poor management!!! They should not be trusting teens to run their parties. No follow through!! It's now 6 months later and still nobody returned my call. read more

You have to bring your own decorations, food & drinks in for activities; just like haunted trails and Chucky cheeses' but you get nothing with your package other than bouncy houses. It's cool but I would pick somewhere else for a kid party read more

Took my five-year-old grandson there and I have to say it was clean and there was plenty for him to do. The only reason I didn't give it a four is because the 2 young girls at the front desk didn't spend any time explaining anything or giving you any directions or making you feel more at home or walk around making sure things were going well. read more

My kids and I love this place. It's impeccably clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful and it is just the right size for the kids to wear themselves out. They have a toddler area (five and under) so even little ones can get in on the fun and the four big inflatables aren't the generic kind that people rent for parties. They offer a changing room, food and beverages and for only $9 your kids get a wristband that allows them to play all day (M-Sat 10-9, Sun 11-6)! Great deal and cheaper than a movie read more

I would give it 3&1/2 stars if I could. Very clean, Nice toddler area and mall hours for open play which is the only jump place that has open play all day. The jump area is not up to par though. Shorter ceilings = smaller toys. 3 bounce houses and one slide, luckily it wasn't busy but if it was there wouldn't be enough choices for the kids to play. Our older kids weren't amused for longer than a hour and at $9 a kid that's not long enough for me. read more
