It has taken me a while to write this review, but the memory of John's professionalism, grace, compassion, and work ethic remains clear in my mind, even years later. My father's wish was to be buried at sea in a casket, which is not an easy task to the untrained layperson. John made the process seamless and was extremely informative, upfront, compassionate and fair. He worked with myself, my mother and brother to make sure my father's exact wishes were met. He organized everything and made sure that we were kept informed throughout the whole process. His his an honest and honorable man, and I can't recommend him enough.

When we went to visit my parents' grave, the vase was missing. We went to the office and the…read morereceptionist put in a work order for replacement. She said it could take up to 2 weeks. They did not have anything to use temporarily to put the flowers in. So, I used a water bottle with the top cut off and pit it in the hole to hold the flowers.The next morning I received a text and picture showing the vase was replaced and the flowers had been put in it.

My father in law's service was handled with care and compassion. They did a beautiful job making him look so at peace. The service room was clean and had ample space to sit as we had over 100 loved ones attend. Everything was prompt and on time. The flower arrangements that were available for purchase were stunning and so many options. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all of my questions. Handheld obituary cards with his information on them along with a QR code version were provided and the website was user friendly. They also provided a slide show with his photos played on the tv next to his casket along with a hard copy on a flash drive that was given to us after the service was finished. When it was time to take him to the cemetery, everything was so well organized and the police officers that helped us get to the cemetery (30 min away) were amazing. Keeping 20 cars in line, getting them through traffic in Miami on the highways was so impressive. Their services helped my family put him to rest and provided exemplary compassion and care. They went into details about the process of the services and explained what was going to happen. We were told we were going to be contacted when the signatures were acquired from all parties prior. We waited 3-4 days only to be contacted toward the end of the fourth day that the whole process already happened and to please come by. We waited for the call as well because they were supposed to also be provided details of the dimensions so that a decision could be made for the next step. No calls. I called to express how I felt as the rep spoke to me, my wife and my mother in law. We ALL heard the same thing only to be told that we misunderstood what was told. That was a very tough pill to swallow. Then the day of the funeral we arrived to pick up my father in laws remains only to have to wait 40 minutes. We called the day before to confirm everything was ready so no hiccups. Only to wait because all the reps were writing contracts mind you we are needing to go to the procession at the cemetery. We barely made it on time. How could they be so arrogant and unprofessional knowing we told them we were needing to leave only to be told to please wait.

During Covid my friend's family lost our receipt that we paid in full for their mother's headstone…read more After2 years and America opened back up, we realized the headstone was placed down. The manager could not find the original receipt due to their upgrades to system. I was able to speak with the owner Mr Gary. He tried to locate the original receipt, but was unsuccessful. The owner, Mr. Gary decided to honor all the information that we provided to him with dates times, and he re-ordered the headstone and made sure that the headstone was delivered and place upon her grave. They decided on a 2 hour viewing so everyone could say their proper goodbyes. They have a screen available to play video or pictures if you have a USB. They can also play your loved ones favorite music if you provide a playlist or a CD etc. It was nice hearing some of the music that brought us back sweet memories. The facility was clean and the staff only came out to greet everyone in the beginning and at the end to give their last condolences. Giving us our privacy. Everyone appreciated that. R.I.P.
