My father's wish was to be buried at sea in a casket, which is not an easy task to the untrained layperson. John made the process seamless and was extremely informative, upfront, compassionate and fair. He worked with myself, my mother and brother to make sure my father's exact wishes were met. He organized everything and made sure that we were kept informed throughout the whole process. His his an honest and honorable man, and I can't recommend him enough.

My paternal grandparents passed away decades ago, and I had limited information about their burial sites. From the moment I spoke with Yossi Becerra, I was blown away by his kindness and professionalism. Yossi was incredibly compassionate, warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful during what could have been a difficult and emotional process. Even though I don't live locally, he went above and beyond: he personally walked out to the plots, took excellent, clear photos of my grandparents' joint headstone, and sent them to me right away. He also provided a detailed cemetery map with the gravesite clearly circled, along with all the plot information I needed. Thanks to Yossi's thoughtful assistance, I was finally able to "visit" my grandparents' final resting place virtually and learn more about their legacy. His extra effort meant the world to me and brought a real sense of closure and connection. Yossi is a true credit to himself and to Lakeside Memorial Park. They used this informational phone call to misrepresent themselves to the hospital, and they tried to take the body of our loved one without consent.
