It's also got a shaded green area in the back where they do some training for clients who do not wish to enter the gym, which is above and beyond what most gyms would allow.

I always see the staff clean or stock up the paper towels and spray bottles. However a few times I've seen the filter water fountain out of order... sometimes for extended time periods. So far I haven't seen that happened in awhile. Water from the fountain doesn't bother me. Would like to see more trainers and the 360 circuit available here at this location too! Today I was threaten by the trainer that he would jump over the counter and kick my ass. I said try it. This New Manager Ray didn't correct his behavior and allow him to speak to me in a disrespectfulness manner. I was not given a warning about my canceled on February 13th. I was just told today as I was checking in. It all started when Addren the old Manager was fired for using the word Nigger! This happens to be this Addrens girl friend. She always has asked for my telephone number to get a tan. Other white girls would never be asked for there telephone numbers to check for a tan she would say room 5 or 6 go ahead. She world pick on a other staff name Hanna she told me everything that was going on. Treating her bad like if she didn't pass a test that Hanna would take the staff laugh at her and make fun of her. Keep in mind Ray and Addie was part of this. Now that Ray is the manager he took it in his hand to rehire Addie that is why a special needs person left her job! Now my membership gets canceled for writing up the same staff that uses the word NIgger. That is wrong and I will hire a lawyer to file a class action law suit. On Ray and,the trainer for threatening me to kick my ass.Addie and this ower! I been single out as a person of color! And will follow up with a lawer.

I have stayed consistent with quick hit and an inversion table. Trying to eat healthy and stay on track. I beleive that quick hit keeps me on track by keeping my minds eye on my physical health. When you are investing in your health with a program like quick hit, it keeps you focused on staying in that healthy mindset. I think if I did not work so hard in those sessions 2 times a week it would be very easy to just let myself go and forget all the healthy choices I try to make now, knowing I have the money investment in quick hit keeps me on track somehow if that makes sense. Plus with my busy schedule I can keep my body in balance in a shorter workout time. It does not feel so daunting this way and is more enjoyable and rewarding. When asking simple questions the the front desk girl didn't know he proceeded to make comments like "this isn't a daycare" "we don't do that" and when I was getting no where with this person I asked for the corporate number he proceeded to say "I am corporate" and refused to give me the number when asked multiple times.
