I always see the staff clean or stock up the paper towels and spray bottles. However a few times I've seen the filter water fountain out of order... sometimes for extended time periods. So far I haven't seen that happened in awhile. Water from the fountain doesn't bother me. Would like to see more trainers and the 360 circuit available here at this location too! I've seen it at two other locations (Roseville and Sunray.)

I have stayed consistent with quick hit and an inversion table. Trying to eat healthy and stay on track. I beleive that quick hit keeps me on track by keeping my minds eye on my physical health. When you are investing in your health with a program like quick hit, it keeps you focused on staying in that healthy mindset. I think if I did not work so hard in those sessions 2 times a week it would be very easy to just let myself go and forget all the healthy choices I try to make now, knowing I have the money investment in quick hit keeps me on track somehow if that makes sense.
