I did not trust a residential mover to properly handle carbon bikes. So, I looked up Specialized dealers in MN and found these guys. They were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. They let me know when my bikes arrived, and again when the bikes were ready. They even held on to them for a few weeks until my apartment was ready for me to move in. They did an amazing job re-assembling my bike. Not that is incredibly hard to do, but everything was perfect. They even cleaned my bike and my components. Although I was a new customer, they treated me like a long time client. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I have purchased or had service on at least 7 different bikes of different styles. I would NOT take my bikes anywhere else. I just had my 2005 Surly Steamroller serviced along with my ~2017 Surly Crosscheck, which was my winter commuting bike. They did excellent work, told me about costs, and have reasonable prices. To be respectful of those whom registered, it would be courteous and mindful for her to have waitlisted guests warm up on other treadmills to allow a couple extra minutes for registered ones when parking is bad, etc. (e.g. after the seven minute warmup). the gym itself is wonderful and most instructors are more mindful and gracious. They aren't dirty, but they definitely need more frequent cleaning and restocking during busy toddler swim hours. With so many young families coming through, a little more attention there would make a big difference in comfort and overall impression. I've been using this gym for 5+ years, wearing the same tank top brand the whole time. It is nothing crazy, just a drop arm tank top. Not a stringer, or shallow cut, just a standard tank top. Apparently it is considered too revealing all of the sudden so I would have to change what I wear. The gym is great, but not being able to wear a shirt with your arms free is unfortunate if you overheat easily.
