I called to ask if a manager could address it, but unfortunately no one ever came. When I explained the situation to Ulysses afterward, he was extremely apologetic and understanding. He reimbursed our tickets and even offered to personally take care of us the next time we visit, knowing we're frequent customers who live nearby. Ulysses truly turned a disappointing experience around. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers deserve recognition. He's a great example of excellent customer service!

The theater location is great; right in the mix of Toyota Music Factory. Within walking distance from all the great bars and restaurants. Theater was really clean and seats were awesome. Service was also really great. You can order food/drinks off your phone then during the movie they ask that you write down your order on the provided pen/paper just so you don't disturb others by getting in your phone. Food was great- we ordered way too much, but enjoyed all of it. The popcorn is HUGE but love that they give you a nice bag to take it all home in. Definitely a nice spot for movie dates if you're looking for a place that offers all the fine dining before movie and then drinks after-type of experience!

There was no one taking tickets when I walked in after buying mine at the machine. An employee then told me to wait in the snack line, which took a while and caused me to miss most of the previews. Unfortunately, the customer service experience felt no different than the experience at the theater. I wasn't looking for anything excessive. I wanted the concern to be heard and handled with some basic empathy and customer care. When a company publicly asks a disappointed customer to call, that should be an opportunity to rebuild the relationship. Instead, the follow-up reinforced why I wrote the review in the first place. For a company headquartered here in the Dallas area, I expected better from both the local theater and the company-level response. The refill was never really the issue. The way the customer was treated was.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be reaching out to Freedom Fun USA again for next year's Movie in the Park. We decided to give this spot a try while watching the new Michael movie. The man who serviced us is friendly but got confused with the order; had to send back one of the trays. I also think our theater screen wasn't clean; because throughout the whole movie I can see a noticeable smudge(?) across the right side of the screen. Seats weren't best quality. That visit they did give me a heads up they charge $2 for a cup of water when I ordered it to come with my drink. My second visit we did their two for 29.99. You can get a starter, which we opted for the pretzel bites. Which was heavy on the butter but not the salt. I got the pizza was fine, but I could only eat about 2 slices of before feeling full. I tried a bite of the chicken strips, which was tasty. They tasted like they had been cooked in pickle juice. Though I wish they were a little bigger. Staff did amazing both visits. They seemed to bring seats I remembered from Look in the first theater I was in; but in the second my husband figured out they had put seat covers over the already existing seats. Which based on the old movie tavern seats, the leather had been torn up; hence the covers until they hopefully replace them. The one issue I noticed wasn't us, but another group thought the movie tavern call buttons still worked and had needed help but didn't want to get up to miss the movie. It wasn't clear that only the QR codes could request a server. So, hopefully they can get those call buttons removed to help reduce understandable confusion. When I do come back, if I'm paying full price for the ticket I may just get movie snacks vs a meal & just eat at a local spot nearby. If I'm coming during a special price time I may consider trying something new or getting another special drink.
