We had read about this place online and decided to go check it out. For starters. As soon as we walk through the door we were greeted by Jose, super nice and friendly guy. Very chatty, super nice, super knowledgeable, and very transparent. We made the mistake of thinking this was an indoor RV showroom. It is absolutely not. It is an indoor RV storage facility. They do have RVs for sale on the lot out front, but Juan wanted to give us the grand tour so we went with him. Walking into the indoor storage area. Was wonderful. To be able to have your RV inside a temperature controlled room instead of out in the hot pleasing sun was awesome. They have a valet service which takes white glove care of your your new coach. Plus when you go to bring it out they make sure all the fluids are topped off and the RV is ready to go. Jose took his time with us. We literally spent about 6 hours walking around the lot and going to different coaches. It was about 114° outside so we made it halfway through the coaches we want to look at. Went back inside and went through the online model inventory. They have super cold drinks in there which made it very nice and very refreshing to go back out for round two. He showed us all the coaches we want to see as well as some that we were not looking at all to buy but he said you need to go in and take a look just for comparison's sake. I'm so glad he did because we saw features that we would not have thought about getting. Now mind you, we have not bought a RV yet, but from everything that we've seen, this looks to be a very good location to pick up an RV. If we do end up purchasing from them, I will definitely write a follow-up review, but for now this place definitely gets a solid four stars!

Worst experience ever. Will not go back. My husband will just fix it himself. That was exactly what we were trying to avoid doing.

Rented a RV 21 months ago B-WAC-2253177. The trip an RV was a disaster, but I never wrote a review…read moreabout it because Road Bear was going to do the right thing and give us a redo trip. Just called today to set up our trip and how lucky for me they "updated" there system and any old reservation from 2023 and back are no longer in the system. The trip started fine until we reached the RV park at 12am. No water hoses, sewage lines or TV cable for full hook ups, NOTHING. Next the slide pop out had trouble opening. Next the fridge stopped working and a strong smell of ammonia was coming from it, next the CO2 alarm started going off and never shut off. The alarm was so loud (and rightfully) so the RV park made us leave. We then had to rent a hotel for the duration of our trip. The 1800 roadside service number I called had me on hold for over a hour with finally no one to service us. This all sounds like the worst experience right? Yes, but I was told my account would be noted and a redo trip was appropriate. I didn't want my money back. I wanted exactly what they said they would do. Family trips are not easy and not something we can do every year, but 21 months later and a baby later we decided to have another go at RV'ing. I've rented before from Road Bear and every time we had a issue they solved it, but now with "The new system" I'm screwed? So when you rent from them babysit and double check their work, make sure everything is working and all equipment is ready and if you have any issues just know they will fight you now tooth and nail on their screw up thanks to the "new system". I was told by someone I was clearly bothering that an upper management person would reach out to tell me in a higher paid voice I'm SOL.

Five well deserved stars! Read on to see why…read more I've been waiting months to post a review on BC RV. We have a small tow car for our RV & when we arrive at a location, the "toad" battery was ALWAYS dead & needed a jump. We took it to several places, paid our money, only to take it out again & bang, DEAD battery. We took it into BC RV & had them check it over. Within a few minutes Ryan told us, "You have some wires crossed. I'll have it fixed in a couple hours." Okay, I've never heard about the wires being crossed, but I've been told "I'll have it fixed." Several times, only to be disappointed. Then the Virus arrived in full force. Places closed, folks had to stay at home. Vacation plans were rescheduled or scrapped all together. Our long distance RV plans were put on the back burner. But now, we're out again. When we arrived at our destination, the car started right up. Thank you Ryan! BC RV has fixed our water heater, (showing me an electric heater I didn't know we had! I thought we only had a propane heater) & have worked on our AC & several other jobs. Their location is a bit cramped, be careful pulling in. Ryan & the folks at BC RV are our go to RV repair shop. And owning a RV I'm sure I'll be back. Thank you all.

I brought my RV to Lazydays Las Vegas in March 2025 for…read moreseveral critical repairs--including sealing deteriorated body seams, fixing a crooked auto-leveling jack, diagnosing a gray/black tank leak, testing the battery system, and more. After months of silence, I was suddenly told in June that the location had been sold, was permanently closing for renovations, and that I had just days to retrieve my RV or it would be towed. I was also assured--just days before pickup--that all work had been completed. When I picked it up, only one issue (a broken vent fan) had actually been repaired. Every other item was either ignored, misdiagnosed, or falsely marked as complete. I was even charged for work that was never done--something Lazydays later admitted, but only refunded after I escalated the issue. The most disturbing part? A Lazydays corporate representative admitted in writing that the shop lacked time and resources to properly perform repairs due to the pending sale. Yet they still took my vehicle, charged me, and handed it back in worse shape than before. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and rely on my RV for housing and work. Lazydays showed zero accountability, misrepresented their services, and put my safety and livelihood at risk. I strongly urge others to avoid doing business with this company. If this is how they treat veterans and working professionals, I'd hate to see how they handle average customers. Note: This occurred at the Las Vegas location just before it closed, but reflects the conduct of Lazydays corporate and regional leadership who remain active in the company.
