I've…read moretraveled all over the world, and I know how difficult it can be to find a great poke bowl in the U.S. This place exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Signature Hawaii Bowl and swapped the tuna for spicy tuna. It was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and so good that I practically inhaled it! They also have traditional Hawaiian drinks, and seeing POG on the menu was a huge bonus--it's always my favorite. I ordered the Grilled Steak Hawaii Box for my kids, and they loved it just as much. They cleaned their plates in no time. They also serve ramen, so I'll definitely be coming back to try that next. Whether you're craving authentic Hawaiian flavors or just want an amazing meal, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely be back, both for my favorite bowl and to explore more of the menu! Had a definite tropical vibe and loved it.

Small portion size with big chunky fried pieces. Miso soup was okay, but wasn't packaged well ended up spilling on the ride home. Genuinely didn't enjoy the four rolls we ordered this time. Got the TNT Roll and California Roll we typically order, but didn't live up to the memory. We arrived at the time our order was supposed to be ready, but had to wait over 30 minutes for the pick up order. Floor was pretty dirty inside, but the tables were wiped down well. There are better options for sushi in Abilene. I do think Little Ninja's is comparable to running to the grocery store at this point. On a silly side note, several of the previous reviews highlight the lore and appeal of meeting Miguel at Little Ninja... I think that might be the most noteworthy aspect of this restaurant.

Luckily, we wondered in on their discounted sushi day (Wednesday). I ordered a few rolls off of the special menu and the yellow curry with chicken and steamed rice. They both had good things to say as well. The servers/staff were all very welcoming and attentive. Towards the end their credit card readers went down and they were dealing with trying to make sure everyone was able to pay. It seemed like a very stressful situation, but the staff was being clear while handling it and doing their best so the customers could get going. It was a good experience all in all.

I order a soup every time I get regular sick and homesick alike. That being said, I do prefer their Chinese dishes to their other cuisines. Their ramens and pad thais and stir fries are fine, I just find the chinese noodle soups a lot more authentic and enjoyable with their hand cut/pulled noodles. The roasted beef noodle soup, signature beef noodle soup, any of their dumplings/buns, and spicy edamame are my personal favorites. If you need to know how much I love this place, my husband and I came straight here after our wedding.
