first of all we walked in and made 2 or 3 rounds around the show room before we were ever talked to. finally we showed interest in a 2013 Suzuki Boulevard C90. He 1st statement was "now you know your looking at a new bike". I'm thinking what, I don't have enough money to buy one???? I told him OK!!! He told me it was a 2013 that was never sold, registered, has fuel or been made ready to go. I told him ok what do you want for it. He came back and said $9999.00 plus TT&L. my fiancé and I talked about it and told him he could write it up and give us a total. We were prepared to BUY & PAY FOR IT IN FULL RIGHT NOW!!! So he comes back and starts writing it up saying it would be too nasty to ride today but supposed to be pretty tomorrow. He said that would give us time to break our piggy banks open and see what we could come up with and see if it was in the realm of what we wanted to spend. I had told him we would be paying cash. But he was acting so stupid he couldn't comprehend it. When he wrote the bike up he wrote the price at $9999.00 plus freight and shipping which brought it to almost $11,000.00 plus TT&L. The bike also had nine year old tires on it and we wanted those replaced with new ones and he danced around that and would never answer. When I told him he quoted $9999.00 plus TT&L he stated that no one would sale it for that and that the Chinese make these tiny crates to ship them in..... I handed his paperwork back and left. Horrible customer service. They don't greet you or bother to look up when youre right in front of their desk. Ordered a battery over the phone and was told it was going to be charged and ready to pickup in an hour. Two hours later, we get there and its not ready. They couldnt even find the paper they wrote our info on. They make an excuse that many people call and only ask how long it takes, even though we agreed it was to be charged. The one worker also had no clue how to even input the item into the computer. Bad experience. Not going back again. read more

I write the following review with great confidence of multiple interactions with this company, both on my behalf and others. DO NOT take your motorcycle here for service. They will mislead you into purchasing replacements you don't need. They will tell you your tires won't pass inspection when they will which is what they attempted to do to a friend of mine. Their parts prices are well above retail and much more than what you can find online. When approached about matching prices with their online competitors, I was basically laughed at and given some idiotically hostile "brick and mortar" spill. I will never do business with this company again and would strongly recommend you don't either. read more

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: I've visited this store three times now and not once have I been greeted. I've stood at the counter each time waiting to be helped to find myself standing there for long periods of time until I decide to leave. The first time I was there was to purchase a motorcycle, I walked around the showroom several times waiting for a salesperson. No salesperson ever showed up. I bought my bike somewhere else! I will not waste anymore of my time coming back to Fun Motors!!! read more

I paid Fun Motors $1,480 to overhaul the engine on MY 2004 Honda Rincon. When I picked up the Rincon the choke no longer worked. The choke was working perfectly when I took the Rincon in for repair. Somewhere in the overhaul process it was damaged. Fun Motors refuses to repair the choke stating it was already broken. If I authorized a $1,480 repair I would have certainly authorized a new choke cable for $16. The mechanic who overhauled the engine stated he knew the choke was broken. However when I called all I was told was "it is ready to go". So my experience with Fun Motors was disappointing. After spending $1,489 I have a ATV which I am told will not start once the weather turns cold. read more
