Once you have purchased the motorcycle, they could care less about you after waiting around for 30 minutes to purchase some parts and inquire on some additional parts. I left everything on the counter and walked out because you could not get any service. Even though there was at least 12 Harley Davidson people standing around doing nothing and unless you wanna talk about buying a brand new motorcycle, they don't have the time of day to discuss anything with you the service people and the parts people act like you are putting them out to ask them a question. I have owned Harley Davidson's for over 20 years and while I can say the attitude of Harley dealerships is the same Longview Texas roughneck Harley Davidson takes it to a whole new level. Guess I'll have to drive to Shreveport to actually get and be able to talk to a customer service person although I doubt it will be any different there than it is in Longview. Looking to sell my 2025 so I never Harley Davidson dealership again.
