The White Palins Regional (public) Park is nestled in Saint Charles Maryland, at the corner of Billingsley and St. Charles Pkwy. I will say I enjoyed my turkey sammch on rye, simply because the bead was so good. Otherwise it was american cheese and pre-packaged turkey. They don't have a real range, you have to hit squishy foam balls, which kind of sucks. As another reviewer mentioned, it's also near Budd's creek so depending on the day, you might get noise from the track.

The bunkering is wonderfully positioned as well. Just a great layout. Very walkable since it's so flat and the breeze off the Chesapeake Bay is wonderful on a hot summer day. The Bermuda grass was in great shape when I was there. They had just punched several tee boxes so hopefully they bounce back quickly. The greens could be a little more dramatic to really add a challenge, but I would also play here all the time if I had access to it.
