Great place to take the kids on a rainy day. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Lots of fun games for all ages. Get a gold card and get half price on Tuesdays.

This isn't a Chuck E. Cheese by any means, but it's the only thing offered on the rock. The same family that runs the county and state fairs of Hawaii, E.K. Fernandez, owns these chain of arcades. This location is in the Maui Mall, and recently expanded to include 2 party areas and more square footage. The indoor party space occupies a sliver of floor off to the side of the arcade so it can be a bit noisy. The outdoor area sits under the mall's overhang and is 100% shaded, and doesn't receive any direct sunlight due to the building's position. It comes with a private entry/exit door into the arcade. There is no food or beverage for sale or any form of animatronic entertainment (am I showing my age?) What they do have are video games, those addictive but waste of time grabber cranes, basketball, skee ball, air hockey, and others. Where's the plastic ball pit? I can't believe I used to love that at the Chuck's... Can you say staph?! Yuck, lol! We came for a 5-year old's birthday party, and here's the breakdown. There's no fee to have your party here, just a reservation and a minimum amount of 10 kids at $15/head which includes 3 hours of party area usage, 90 minutes of unlimited game play, and ticket prizes at the end for all. The token system has been replaced with play cards, so swipe away. Apparently some games aren't included in this ticket price. You bring your own food, beverage, utensils, and dessert. They provide the trash can. The hosts say it was worth it; not having to pay for a bouncy castle, decorate, or clean up the mess their house was left in, in years past.

I give this Fun factory location 5 stars because it is the biggest on the island, it is clean, and it has air conditioning. There are a decent amount of toddler games, which was good for our visit since my babies are 1 and 3. You need a Fun Factory card in order to play the games, instead of the traditional golden coins they had when I was a child. Most of the tickets were also loaded onto the card, which is kind of sad because I loved the feeling of having a handful of tickets in my hands to redeem at the prize counter. After spending $20 of credit on a few games, my babies earned 107 tickets. Enough for one of those tiny parachute toys, and 2 gummy candies. I have to keep reminding myself that it was more for their experience than the end prizes.

I wish they had a better selection of games for adults to play when the kids are busy. Small children games are way to expensive. Should be cheaper to parents want to take their children there. Place is very clean and well maintained.

Very rude employees!!! I spend so much money and time here for my kids to play!!!! and I feel so disrespected! Yelled saying they were going to kick us out if our face masks fell again! Mind you my son is 2!!!! They don't even whip anything down after multiple people touch stuff! But want to be so uptight about masks!! Employees picture added.

Super small and way too expensive. Some of the workers are creepy and the prizes fall apart before you even walk out the door.

You can feel right away that it's a safe and inclusive space, definitely LGBTQ+ friendly from the start. The bartenders greet you with a smile and a big aloha super attentive and warm. Drinks are on point too! The Margarita is a home run, poured heavy (if that's your style, you'll love it). The Lemon Drop is smooth and refreshing, almost too easy to drink because you can barely taste the alcohol so it's dangerous in the best way. Their branding logo with the rainbow lip bite is powerful. Everything about this place feels intentional, fun and inviting. The show itself was perfect. The way the performers engage with the crowd was amazing and pure talent from the heart. The outfits are bold, creative and absolutely stunning, adding to the power of the show. The crowd is incredible, going absolutely wild, screaming and of course letting out those Cheehoos that lift the energy even higher. This has to be the longest review I've ever written, but it's worth it. A place and experience like this deserves every word. The atmosphere is lively, colorful, and just makes you want to settle in, let loose and have a good time :) Definitely will be coming back!

But we were there to eat and not necessarily have Pau Hana time, I will say though some of those draft on tap sound excellent! Ended up ordering: -Ale Battered Onion Rings ($15.75) -Turkey Club ($22.50) -Beef & Pork Burger ($22.99) -Wedge Salad ($16.75) Those Ale Battered Onion Rings hit the app spot! Beer-battered in house and come with chipotle mayo dipping sauce, fried & light, not overly greasy, good with them using sweet Maui onions! Brother wasn't too hungry, so he ended up getting a Wedge Salad (LOL) but with extra bacon. Looked good too! Mom & wifey shared the Turkey Club - that was a BIG @$$ sandwich! Roast turkey breast with Applewood smoked bacon, mayo, lettuce and tomato between 3 slices of thick rye bread! Buggah was stacked! They both liked it, lean turkey with the fatty bacon, and the texture contrast of the fresh veggies made it tasty! My Beef & Pork Burger was a test to my cholesterol levels LOL! Near 1/2 pound burger made with ground chuck, cooked medium rare and topped with a pile of house roasted Kalua pork, lettuce, tomato, onion, crispy fried onions and BBQ sauce...was indeed a tower of a burger! Was pretty damn ono too! Burger got good char from the grill, and the kalua pork was flavorful and not dry at all. This burger didn't need a slice of cheese at all! Delicious! Maybe on our next time to Ale House we'll actually get some beers! Their daily Happy Hour specials sure are tempting!
