They've made some upgrades in here. Lots of new games!

Soo I kind of love coming to Fun Factory. I mean.... I love bring my son here! Haha. I may or may not have been addicted to the giant claw machine at one point in my life. I know, it's totally rigged, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying the game and testing the odds. I've won SO many stuffed animals from it, many times on the first try. I won a big dinosaur just the other week (yaaay). I've watched this location change so much over the years. If you walk in there now, you'll notice that they've moved things around a bit. They've made room for a ton of new games. New basketball shoot out, Space Invaders, Ice Man, Walking Dead, etc. The Wackem Gator game (childhood classic) is now completely digital too! There's not too many older games in there now which is pretty cool. We come here at least every other week and my son loves it! They have a good amount of games that even the littles can play and I probably enjoy coming here just as much as him :) They also run a super good deal when it comes to hosting birthday parties. It's $150 for 10 kids/people minimum ($15 per card if you want more) and it includes 20 prize games and unlimited video games for 90 minutes. You can bring your own food and drinks and I believe this location has tables that you can use as well. Pretty sure I'm hosting my birthday party here next year. HAHA!

This was one of the bigger fun factories we have been in. The space was huge and had a good selection of games. The prices are still the same as the one we usually go to in Mililani.

Best place on the island for the children to play games. There is a good selection of games for little children which I was satisfied with.

Went there before our movie since it was right next to Regal cinemas. Tokens are pretty expensive for what you get when playing games. Spent $50 and walked out with 4 pieces of candy. Still a fun time and good for adults and kids. They have prizes for all ages and a good amount of games that are 2 player! Will go back.

The Queens, every single one of them, sashaying n shimmery, glittery n glam, extravagant n outrageous, classy n sassy, diamante laden and booty strutting, doing the splits and Beyonceying, da bomb music, wigs, sparkle, drama, girrrllllll SO MUCH FUN!!! Get there early if you want a seat or pay extra for the small VIP section (which also has it's own bar area), plus a lot of Queens enter from this vantagepoint. Drinks weren't as expensive as I thought they would be, and luckily for me (the nominated driver) they had a good selection of non alcoholic options, including cocktails and beers, as well as juices n sodas. Staff were friendly and professional, bouncers fair and bar staff friendly and quick. Free parking in the evening. For a small venue this place rocks, and I"m looking forward to watching the Queens perform a Halloween scene, and also going to see an EDC show, or maybe some reggae in future.

You can feel right away that it's a safe and inclusive space, definitely LGBTQ+ friendly from the start. The bartenders greet you with a smile and a big aloha super attentive and warm. Drinks are on point too! The Margarita is a home run, poured heavy (if that's your style, you'll love it). The Lemon Drop is smooth and refreshing, almost too easy to drink because you can barely taste the alcohol so it's dangerous in the best way. Their branding logo with the rainbow lip bite is powerful. Everything about this place feels intentional, fun and inviting. The show itself was perfect. The way the performers engage with the crowd was amazing and pure talent from the heart. The outfits are bold, creative and absolutely stunning, adding to the power of the show. The crowd is incredible, going absolutely wild, screaming and of course letting out those Cheehoos that lift the energy even higher. This has to be the longest review I've ever written, but it's worth it. A place and experience like this deserves every word. The atmosphere is lively, colorful, and just makes you want to settle in, let loose and have a good time :) Definitely will be coming back!

But we were there to eat and not necessarily have Pau Hana time, I will say though some of those draft on tap sound excellent! Ended up ordering: -Ale Battered Onion Rings ($15.75) -Turkey Club ($22.50) -Beef & Pork Burger ($22.99) -Wedge Salad ($16.75) Those Ale Battered Onion Rings hit the app spot! Beer-battered in house and come with chipotle mayo dipping sauce, fried & light, not overly greasy, good with them using sweet Maui onions! Brother wasn't too hungry, so he ended up getting a Wedge Salad (LOL) but with extra bacon. Looked good too! Mom & wifey shared the Turkey Club - that was a BIG @$$ sandwich! Roast turkey breast with Applewood smoked bacon, mayo, lettuce and tomato between 3 slices of thick rye bread! Buggah was stacked! They both liked it, lean turkey with the fatty bacon, and the texture contrast of the fresh veggies made it tasty! My Beef & Pork Burger was a test to my cholesterol levels LOL! Near 1/2 pound burger made with ground chuck, cooked medium rare and topped with a pile of house roasted Kalua pork, lettuce, tomato, onion, crispy fried onions and BBQ sauce...was indeed a tower of a burger! Was pretty damn ono too! Burger got good char from the grill, and the kalua pork was flavorful and not dry at all. This burger didn't need a slice of cheese at all! Delicious! Maybe on our next time to Ale House we'll actually get some beers! Their daily Happy Hour specials sure are tempting!

It's a shame to see how much the whole setup has fallen into disrepair. The idea of no paper towels (dryers built into the faucets), no faucet handles, automatic soap dispensing and a way to open the door without grabbing the handle was amazing during the pandemic...but one sink faucet is completely broken and the other one seems to be struggling (sometimes the dryer works, sometimes it doesn't, soap dispenser seems not working so they use regular pump soap bottles from Walmart).

Came in for a little nostalgia to buy some Pokémon cards to play with my son. Called and Spoke to Mark about some Pokémon card selection and was told they had premade decks. When we came in we were looking at Pokémon Vbattle deck box that had 2x 60 card decks. He redirected us to premium tournament Klara/Cyrus boxes which he said had decks in them. We bought 2 boxes at his recommendation without actually reading what was inside. When we got home we opened one of the boxes just to find a bunch of booster packs. Well that's not want we needed. Called about 90min after purchase and let Mark know there was no deck in the box. He doubled down and insisted there should be a deck and that's what he was told by the distributor. I was hoping for less attitudes. I was actually fine with the misinformation since I didn't actually read the box content, that and asked about returning the other unopened box since we didn't want it without a deck inside. He insisted that all sales are final unless I find something to exchange for the exact same price. Needless to say I was done on the phone and will likely not return.
