They recently came under new ownership and the owners have been very vocal about making sure to let them know if you want something stocked as they are willing to get it. If they had simply worked with me on a refund or exchange, I probably would have stayed a customer and purchased more from them in the future. Instead, they lost me completely. I will never support small business if this is how they treat a customer that could be a long term business.
