During my son's initial assessment I knew we had hit the jackpot. Rich spent a full hour thoroughly assessing and asking thoughtful questions. He then emailed summary of our visit and a plan. Additionally, he emailed helpful, tailored exercise plans to do at home. Rich, Ashley, and Cassie have all worked with my son, and at each visit they've provided one-on-one attention. I need to mention they also included excellent therapy sessions in the pool. Every therapy session has been focused and truly exceptional. Our son has made a full recovery.
