So, I decided to try them one more time hoping that maybe their billing staff had improved. They actually messed up the billing yet again. They sent me a copy of the insurance company billing instructions I had given them for my file. It specified the name of the insurance company and the exact address and contact information. They ended up sending the billing to a completely different insurance company - that has been out of business for many years - totally ignoring the information they acknowledged they had in my file. Although they have some terrific PT folks their ongoing billing errors create more aggravation than I am willing to deal with.,

I went by what she said and asked me to do even tho I was extremely uncomfortable with her requests. Today I received a call from her telling me she has decided to change my appointments to another "therapist" that I don't even know! And all of this was done behind my back. I had zero input and also zero knowledge this was going on. This left me no option but to discontinue their "services". Yeah, they are "different" and not necessarily in a good way either. Be careful as you just never can tell what the ulterior motives are...

Repsher physical therapy is such a caring place from the wonderful people that greet you in the office to all the therapists on the floor that guide you through your recovery. I worked with Brandon for 8 weeks and learned how to improve my back issues with exercises targeted to strengthen my muscles and core. He was amazing and has helped me so much! I have taken what I learned and will continue my recovery thanks to Repsher and Brandon.

I started there in mid-October, and my last day is December 27th. I broke my bone in the back of the knee. In other words, I broke my Tibia Plateau. I went through hell, but when it came for Physical Therapy, Repsher & Associates is the place to go to. Ask for Shane. He is AWESOME!!! I have my life back.

Now I don't mind going at all. I may feel a little sore afterwards, but they constantly take care of you by using a tens unit, heat, ice and a massage gun. additionally, my therapist massages my bad shoulder and it feels phenomenal. I can tell that it's slowly gonna get better. they actually care about you here. I've been to other physical therapy places where they just want their money. This place actually cares about you and wants to make sure that you heal properly. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend JJ but they're all fantastic.

I can't thank Dr Erik enough for helping me through one of the toughest times of my life. I had a…read moretotal knee replacement and as a result of said surgery, I have permanent nerve damage that caused a foot drop. To say my recovery was challenging would be an understatement. But Erik worked with me endlessly to get me better. There were many times I wanted to give up. He saw me at my worst. Days when I was in so much pain I didn't change out of my pajamas to go to PT. He brought me from tears and wearing legs braces to no longer having a foot drop and being able to hike the Red Rocks of Sedona with my husband!!! This was a huge accomplishment for me!!! I am forever grateful for his patience and working with me and getting me better. And not only to him, but the rest of his staff, especially the wonderful Theresa helping me to keep my schedule in place with changing work days. I am forever grateful for all of them.

There was a lot of swelling and my surgeon had prescribed meds and an injection but nothing worked. I also was prescribed physical therapy which I had done by a different provider. No help. Then I discovered this provider and, fortunately, I have been seen by one of the partners Dennis Judd. The man is a wizard. In short order he found the specific cause of my discomfort and started working in it. Within 4 sessions my pain has considerably diminished! I know Dennis has close to 50 years of experience- and it is quite apparent. I give Dennis my highest recommendation.

I have been working with Ashley the whole time! She is by far the best Physical Therapist hands down! I have had Therapy in the past, but never recovered this fast. I thought my golf season was not going to happen this year, but she has managed to make it happen. She is a miracle worker and is very knowledgeable in her field. I can't thank her enough for what she has done and continues to do. I would not think about going anywhere else.

Hanna Longendyke, Brittney Mack, and Anthony Soares have all helped me. Mostly I work with Hanna and Brittney, but everyone is great at their job. I also compliment Angelica at the reception desk - she is welcoming and helpful. My care has been excellent. I am pressed to do more, but always in a caring and professional manner. These therapists have encouraged me in ways that help me both in the office and out of it. I could not be happier.

My two therapists, Erin and Beth are AWESOME individuals to work with. I would highly recommend them. I mentioned to Beth once I had some discomfort and she investigated and found some excessive scar tissue building up and focused on reducing it prior to treatment beginning each week for about 10 minutes. I feel within the year I will be feeling better than I was prior to surgery. I can say you must go to all your appointments and work at home on the days you don't go to the facility for therapy. If you're not going to put in the work, don't bother having surgery and wasting their time. Thank you ladies for everything! You're the best!
