Hanna Longendyke, Brittney Mack, and Anthony Soares have all helped me. Mostly I work with Hanna and Brittney, but everyone is great at their job. I also compliment Angelica at the reception desk - she is welcoming and helpful. My care has been excellent. I am pressed to do more, but always in a caring and professional manner. So, I decided to try them one more time hoping that maybe their billing staff had improved. They actually messed up the billing yet again. They sent me a copy of the insurance company billing instructions I had given them for my file. It specified the name of the insurance company and the exact address and contact information. They ended up sending the billing to a completely different insurance company - that has been out of business for many years - totally ignoring the information they acknowledged they had in my file. Although they have some terrific PT folks their ongoing billing errors create more aggravation than I am willing to deal with.,

Now I don't mind going at all. I may feel a little sore afterwards, but they constantly take care of you by using a tens unit, heat, ice and a massage gun. additionally, my therapist massages my bad shoulder and it feels phenomenal. I can tell that it's slowly gonna get better. they actually care about you here. I've been to other physical therapy places where they just want their money. This place actually cares about you and wants to make sure that you heal properly. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend JJ but they're all fantastic.

We selected the Clifton Park site for services, and we were pleased with the individualized treatment plan. We do not give five stars without a lot of thought. We are not newbies to physical therapy; in fact, we have had prior experiences with other PT providers including home visits. Our assigned PT Patrick Schroeder was excellent! My husband saw him for several sessions because of severe mobility and balance issues that were acerbated by a fall and a bout of Covid in December. Patrick was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the mobility issues and modifying the treatment plan when needed. He has outstanding interpersonal skills, and my husband was encouraged appropriately during his therapy sessions with him. He enjoyed chatted about SU sports and engineering with him. These interchanges helped him relax during the sessions. Patrick gave us two pages of exercises my husband could do at home to complement the therapy sessions. Office experience: The Green Room has friendly staff that are peasant to deal with when making or cancelling appointments.
