During my son's initial assessment I knew we had hit the jackpot. Rich spent a full hour thoroughly assessing and asking thoughtful questions. He then emailed summary of our visit and a plan. Additionally, he emailed helpful, tailored exercise plans to do at home. Rich, Ashley, and Cassie have all worked with my son, and at each visit they've provided one-on-one attention. I need to mention they also included excellent therapy sessions in the pool. Every therapy session has been focused and truly exceptional. Our son has made a full recovery. We are forever thankful for their attention to detail, care, and hard work! I just can't recommend them enough...they are the best in their field!

It is so hard to reach someone in this place .The rooms dont have phones and you have to ask…read moresomeone to go and get your elderly loved ones and take them back to the desk and then you can talk.Most of the time you get a recording telling you to press 1 or 2 or 3 and so on..Once you make your choice you wait another 10 minutes and it kicks you off an you have to start all over again.And this isnt once in a while its EVERY time.This place is in need of a telephone overhaul..Come on guys lets move into 2017 and get a good phone set up... Over the course of few weeks, she completely helped transform me to becoming fully independent and even able to resume travel for business. It has been one of the best experiences I have had with OT/PT resulting in my recovery. Care quality is good. However, the food is ATROCIOUS! My mother is there and she cannot eat the…read morefood because it is so disgusting. We bring her food so she won't starve. The meat they serve smells like it is going bad, they serve her plain macaroni with nothing on it! She sends her tray away untouched most of the time because it has something putrid on it. I feel sorry for people in there who have no family to bring them something else. The staff is kind and decent, but the FOOD IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!
