As you can tell from the pictures, this place is more about the experience than the food. No idea…read morewho thought of the decorations, but it's quite eclectic. School buses, picnic tables, barrels, old movies playing on projectors, arcade games, all in really bright colors... something else. You order your food at the counter, get a table number stand, and then find a seat; they bring your food to you later. No refills except for tea and water; the water is available at spigots attached to the support columns with barrels underneath. Yeah, really. Food was good. Not fantastic, but good. There is a playground area outside for kids; truth be told, I'm not sure if it's a legit playground or yet another aspect of the decorations, but it's there. Seats aren't very comfortable. It's either picnic tables or fairly flimsy chairs like you'd have at an outdoor program. I was pretty uncomfortable after a few minutes, but I like to sit back and lounge in a chair. If you don't mind leaning forward your whole meal, you'll be fine. A fun experience: emphasis on experience.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the place was noticeably clean and well-kept. There were plenty of TVs throughout the space, which is a nice touch if you're dining solo or just want something to watch while you eat. I ordered the OMG Burger with straight fries and a Sprite. The burger lived up to its name--absolutely delicious--and the fries were hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. My only minor critique would be the Sprite, which tasted a bit off, possibly due to the drink machine needing some maintenance. Not a dealbreaker by any means, just something worth noting. What really stood out to me was the service. Even though the place wasn't crowded, my server was attentive and quick, and she even made sure I was able to pay for my meal when it arrived so I could head out as soon as I was done. That level of thoughtfulness really goes a long way. If you're in the area and looking for a solid lunch spot that respects your time without sacrificing quality, this Beef O'Brady's definitely gets my recommendation.

It was delicious. The huge burger they served made my friend happy. The broccoli side was cooked perfectly. The fries and sweet potato fries were crispy. The bbq sandwiches gets high marks. Pretty good fish tacos even though it isn't a Mexican restaurant. Food came out quickly and was just as we had ordered it. Service: Polly was our server on this occasion -and made our experience very positive. Friendly, pleasant, handled our spills and changes in menu requests flawlessly, kept our beverage glasses full. Facility: We ate outside. Tables are spaced well and there are shades to tone down the sun and separate the sidewalk seating from the parking area. Plenty of parking.

The ladies that work there are rarely communicative and there is never a greeting by anyone. I ordered food earlier this week and they forgot to put in a side item. I called them to let them know and the lady was genuinely apologetic. I asked if they could make a concession on my next order and she took my name and said she would have a manager call me. Never received a call which was service issue number two. So I placed an order today and proposed that they give a pint of Brunswick stew for free. When I arrived, again no greeting and the lady looked dead at me for several seconds. Maybe I don't fit the expected demographic to be served. A gentleman came out handed me my order and and said we replaced your okra from last time. I asked if they would make a concession and he said they couldn't. I don't buy that for a moment and won't be buying my favorite bbq here anymore due to the series of unprofessional mishaps and the lack of value as a customer. It seems like a lot of college students working their first service jobs, so they're inexperienced and pretty disorganized. They were also out of so many drinks. Every time we ordered a drink, our waiter would come back and tell us they were out of it. The restaurant is also very loud. Everything echoes off the walls, and we were practically yelling across the table just to understand each other. Overall, if you want good food, definitely try it out! But considering the service, drink availability, and noise level, there's definitely room for improvement.
