The restaurant wasn't busy - it was 1:30. Twenty minutes later our food hadn't arrived and I noticed our server was working the bar. I walked over and asked her to Chevron our order. A few minutes later she appeared with our food and apologized for the delay. It had been sitting in the kitchen, she assumed someone else would bring it out. They didn't. The food was mediocre. My wife had a chicken sandwich. The meat was thin and dry. My boneless chicken wings were dried out and not very tasty. Our first experience with this restaurant was good. This time not so much. Doubt we'll be going back.

Wouldn't have mattered because the girl pretending to be a bartender was running her mouth to somebody and completely ignored our server. (This is between 12-1pm on Sunday, Aug 16 so folks can figure out who's working ). Music is LOUD. Difficult to have a conversation. They decorated it well but if you don't have good service the place will go down the drain. We ordered the sampler: boneless wings (2 orders), onion rings , and sliders. Ordered at 1210 and it is 1240. No food. We left. Don't waste your time here.

School buses, picnic tables, barrels, old movies playing on projectors, arcade games, all in really bright colors... something else. You order your food at the counter, get a table number stand, and then find a seat; they bring your food to you later. No refills except for tea and water; the water is available at spigots attached to the support columns with barrels underneath. Yeah, really. Food was good. Not fantastic, but good. There is a playground area outside for kids; truth be told, I'm not sure if it's a legit playground or yet another aspect of the decorations, but it's there. Seats aren't very comfortable. It's either picnic tables or fairly flimsy chairs like you'd have at an outdoor program. I was pretty uncomfortable after a few minutes, but I like to sit back and lounge in a chair. If you don't mind leaning forward your whole meal, you'll be fine. A fun experience: emphasis on experience.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the place was noticeably clean and well-kept. There were plenty of TVs throughout the space, which is a nice touch if you're dining solo or just want something to watch while you eat. I ordered the OMG Burger with straight fries and a Sprite. The burger lived up to its name--absolutely delicious--and the fries were hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. My only minor critique would be the Sprite, which tasted a bit off, possibly due to the drink machine needing some maintenance. Not a dealbreaker by any means, just something worth noting. What really stood out to me was the service. Even though the place wasn't crowded, my server was attentive and quick, and she even made sure I was able to pay for my meal when it arrived so I could head out as soon as I was done. That level of thoughtfulness really goes a long way. If you're in the area and looking for a solid lunch spot that respects your time without sacrificing quality, this Beef O'Brady's definitely gets my recommendation.

Unfortunately, the fish was extremely overcooked and not enjoyable. The onion rings were okay, but the highlight of the meal was actually the sauce. Both locations have outside seating-so pleasant on nice Georgia afternoons and evenings. Service is always great. Food : Our group tried 4 different sandwiches and a salad-everyone was pleased. I predictably ordered their Reuben-it's always good and flavorful. This time I asked for some changes -slaw instead of kraut and they did a great job without refusing my request or charging extra. It was delicious. The huge burger they served made my friend happy. The broccoli side was cooked perfectly. The fries and sweet potato fries were crispy. The bbq sandwiches gets high marks. Pretty good fish tacos even though it isn't a Mexican restaurant. Food came out quickly and was just as we had ordered it. Service: Polly was our server on this occasion -and made our experience very positive. Friendly, pleasant, handled our spills and changes in menu requests flawlessly, kept our beverage glasses full. It was crowded so I expected some delays. We sat outside, enjoyed great conversation, and appreciated the relaxed atmosphere while we waited. The staff handled it as best they could, and once the food arrived, it was definitely worth the wait. Our group tried a little bit of everything--wings, the Parmigiana Chicken Hoagie, garlic knots, and several pizzas. Bonus: they had a gluten free pizza option. The Walter White pizza was absolutely incredible, packed with flavor, and The Meathead lived up to its name--fully loaded with meat and delicious. A chaotic period, and when my brother and/or I were in town to help out with these exhausting and time-consuming tasks, finding quick, reasonably priced, somewhat healthy, and hopefully tasty food was challenging indeed. I unfortunately didn't discover Maepole until 2025, but it nicely ticked off those boxes. Maepole is basically a "fast casual," Southern-inflected "bowl" place, with a much heavier emphasis on the nutritious and fresh than is typical of traditional Southern cooking. You start with a base, just like at Chipotle or Cava--greens, sweet potatoes, or quinoa, etc.--and top with veggies or salads, and, if you prefer a protein, you can add chicken, pork, or tofu. Or you can just go full-on veggie plate. Top with a flavorful sauce; my favorites were the spicy avocado and lemon herb. My general impression of the food quality was that it wasn't quite at the five-star level some of the time--veggies weren't always cooked to perfection, for instance--but the general experience and value, as well as the bold flavors, argue for bumping this rating up to five stars. Plus, every time I think about Maepole, I sure wish my current city had an option like it.

I was 3rd in line and pleasantly surprised + pleased. Think Chipotle meets Chopt (the salad bar ). Fresh ingredients. LOTS of mix and match options OR preset menu items. And just as many drink options, including locally made kombucha. I ordered the winter salad and low country plates. With the exception of the turmeric ginger dressing (a little too zesty for me) and the hoppin John salad (hoppin John OR salad ... not both ) EVERYTHING was delicious. I enjoyed the salad way more than I thought I would. The spicy avocado dressing is YUMMY! The greens were cooked to perfection - another shocker. The edamame crunch, tofu and crunchies were just as delicious. I will visit the Atlanta location just to try the fritters! A wonderfully healthy and scrumptious delight !
