I had the luck of being referred by a friend to Dave Ferguson at Fullscope Inspections. Dave has been amazing to work with. He provided me with a full home inspection, including radon. The cost was a bit more than average, but well worth the professionalism and quality of care he took with inspecting my home. Dave sat with me and reviewed the report with me after the inspection. He took his time and answered all my questions thoughtfully, and in a way, I understood. He explained what he found and how I could address it myself where appropriate, and his report included those details, as well as recommendations on what should be done professionally. I really appreciated the way he explained everything and I am going to try to implement some of his suggestions myself (adding grading to some areas of my home, adding a gutter where one is needed, fixing some missing flashing, etc.). More importantly, Dave made himself available past the inspection, which was really great because I ran into an issue with my lender regarding my basement. Dave created a copy of his findings regarding the basement and made it into a separate report for my lender. When dealing with a lender, you should only ever provide what they request and not offer anything extra. So, I was super impressed that he was able to create just the foundation/basement report for me. I had to call him multiple times for follow-up questions from my lender. He always answered my calls promptly, and with professionalism, and I felt respected throughout our dealings. I will no doubt call him again for clarification as I work through the suggestions he made, and I higly recommend him to friends and family. Thank you so much Dave. You were so kind to deal with all my lender shenanigans. :) read more

Dave went above and beyond our expectations in completing the home inspection for our first home. If you are a first-time home buyer, I highly recommend you go with FullScope Home Inspection!! Dave was so thorough and detailed that we felt so much more confident in buying the home. Dave took the time to walk us through every part of the report. In his inspection, he went above the minimum requirements that the state required and left no detail uncovered! He answered all of our questions and provided us with additional insight that we never would have thought about since we are first-time home buyers and are completely new to this. His high level of professionalism and attention to detail are reflected in the inspection report as well, which included high-res photos and videos. Everyone I shared the report with was also blown away at how detailed and helpful it was. Dave also took the time to include in the report several resources for DIY fixes on some of the maintenance recommendations! Thank you for the excellent service Dave!!! read more

Dave was wonderful from the first phone interaction until the inspection was entirely complete. Called on a Thursday and he was able to schedule us the following day. The report style Dave uses gives lots of clear explanations of issues and potential ways to correct as well as handy photographs and videos throughout that we will be able to refer to in the future when electricians and contractors come to do work. He was professional, thorough, and patient when going through his inspection report with us and all questions were kindly answered with a certain care you only get from someone who genuinely knows their work and wants to do it well. There was a minor concern my wife and I had after the inspection so we called him at 9pm that night to see if he would be able to go back to put our minds at ease. He went back the next day (on a Saturday no less) giving us the peace of mind we needed without any additional cost. We highly recommend Fullscope if you are looking for a home inspector! read more

Dave Fergusan FullScope Home Inspection, Inc. performed an excellent home inspection for me. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his findings. Answers all questions with an understandable explanation and provides suggestions and options . A very professional report with pictures with summary is provided . What I liked most was his customer service and profestionsa l attitude. For example , he was unable to get into the crawl space in the attic . The hatch was sealed shut . He did not force it. He had respect for the homeowner as well . He had the homeowner make it accesable . This meant he had to revisit the home . He did without question or added charge! Thank you, Dave. read more

Dave was very helpful through the whole process of an inspection . Before i even bought a house asked him questions and never hurried me off the phone helping me the whole way . With the crazy house market you have to wave an inspection and that is nerve racking to say the least Dave really knows his stuff to help . Was on time to every appointment and was a phone call away every time . I hired Dave as soon as I got the house . I had him do a full inspection and radon inspection as well . The price that he charges is more than fair very professional . Would recommend him to anyone that need an inspection on a new or old house . Thanks Dave read more
