We had three companies bid on this job, his bid came in right at the middle but what stood out was his detailed bid that included everything we discussed. With the rain, it was a couple of weeks to get it scheduled but they arrived at 7:30 the day of and job was completed on time. He left the area cleaned up and our sidewalks look great. He came out the next day to have a look and recommended capping the existing concrete as the quickest and most affordable option. He wasn't the cheapest quote, but he had good suggestions for improving the look, the leveling, and drainage which was also important for us. He and his crew came out the next week and finished the job in a day. It looks great (we get compliments), it's all usable space now and it drains much better. I'd give five stars, but he left his blower at home and so left our furniture and other things covered in concrete dust from a little demo they had to do. That said, I would recommend you get a quote from Juan if you need concrete work.
