I felt like she took the time to get to really know me besides the questionnaire that she wants initially through email. I was nervous at first, but with her guiding expertise along the way I became relaxed and knew the photos were going to come out beautifully. I'm new to Jackson and just decided to pop into Picture This ... one day. I asked about printing…read morewedding invites and boy was I unprepared for what they could do!! I had fun designing my own invites, Picture This got them printed for me and they look amazing. They were also so wonderful about providing me with information about what would be most cost effective for me. After printing invites I started asking about other things they could print for me (outside of photos - which I'd done long before the invites) and honestly, were able to help me out with printing anything and everything (giant posters, making stickers, programs, thank you notes)!!! AND they were able to do all of this at a lower price than what I was finding online, plus I'm supporting a small business in my town!!! I can't wait to see how everything comes out (because still working on that) but they have made this bride's life so much easier and cheaper. I dont think I will ever go anywhere else ... I learned so much about my camera/lenses in such a short amount of time. I feel very grateful for the folks who helped me today. I recommend this shop for any photographer- but especially beginners- as the staff is very knowledgeable and most importantly, happily helpful when it comes to new photographers. They were happy to share their knowledge and wisdom with us, and for me that's very important.
