A special shoutout to Monica, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond, answered every question within 24 hours, and as our event got closer (and even on the day of), she was always just a phone call away. When the weather turned colder than expected, she immediately stepped in to make sure a heater was brought out so our guests stayed comfortable. What truly blew us away was their dedication when we experienced a bad storm the evening before our wedding. While that could have easily created major stress, their crew handled everything and was back out first thing the next morning making sure everything looked perfect, as if nothing had even happened. The level of customer service, professionalism, and genuine care we experienced was truly top notch. They went above and beyond to make sure our special day was seamless, and we are beyond impressed with their team.
