They quoted a price to come out and service it. Quote was reasonable so we set an appointment. They took the main interior works with them to clean, oil, and fine tune. After 4 weeks they emailed and set up an appointment to reinstall it. After installing the works it failed to chime after they left. They came back in a timely manner and made a minor adjustment. Since then it runs perfectly and is keeping time to the minute. The service performed was a great value to us. Having our clock run was very important to us. Glad we found them.
