At first I was a little skeptical because of the kiosk layout however I came here as a referral from a friend of mine who was elated about the service here so I gave it a shot. The jeweler (Tony) said give me one hour and I'll have them fixed in no time. I walked around and did some shopping and when I came back it, everything was fixed as good as new! Tony had a crown in stock and also performed pressure tests for both watches and I was able to walk away with an invoice under $500. They saved me hundreds of dollars as well as extensive time to ship it to the manufacturers for repairs. I give them 5 out of 5 stars and recommend anyone to Lafayette without any reservations!

Finally, three months later, I called to check and the owner calls me leaves a message that they misplaced it in another pile and it has been ready, they just didn't call. Finally as I pay $120 for a slight adjustment the girl tells me if I use a credit card they are going to pass the service charge onto me. This is absolutely insane for a business that charges an exorbitant amount of money for their jewelry. She argued with me trying to educate and Millenialsplain to me why they were passing the cost on to me.
