He was rigid, aggressive, and belittled both me and my teenage daughter during our piercing session today. There are a lot of rules at this place. I am sure he has his reasons for them but some seem odd. We were told to back in to a certain space in his lot and wait to be waved in. Ok, fine. Then when walking in we were told not once but twice to wipe our feet. Ok, fine. As soon as we walked into the lobby, we were told to sit in specific chairs, twice, ok fine. He then began spewing out a ton of information. We tried to take it all in. He then asked my daughter if she wanted posts or hoops for her double piercing. She said posts for now but would be wearing hoops later after sports season. I then gave him the gift certificate I had purchased for my daughter to use for this session. He immediately said in an irritated and condescending voice, "did I not tell you to let me know when making an appointment to tell me if you were using a gift certificate"? I told him he had not and he said, "well, now I have to change things!" I have no idea what that change would be but I have never been told by any business that I have to tell them ahead of time I am using a gift certificate. Ok, fine. We then get called back to the piercing area. He told my daughter that he was going to mark her ears where he would pierce them and she could tell him if she wanted them moved. He placed the marks higher than she liked and politely told them so. He immediately became outwardly irritated with her. She said she would like to wear hoops in the second hole (meaning eventually as stated in the lobby) and he aggressively said, "well, why didn't you tell me that in the lobby when I asked!?". My daughter is 15. He kept belittling her, for no reason, so I stepped in and said, "this is her first time getting double piercings" hoping this would make him realize he was being unkind in his communication with her. He then remarked her ears. At this point had I not already purchased a gift certificate for her for Christmas, we would have left the business. He then pierced her ears and placed them very well. He used great sanitary procedures and explained them all VERY extensively. When we thought he was done as he was wiping down the countertop, we stood up, very ready to leave. He then told my daughter to sit back down, twice, so she could watch him clean the countertop. He asked her if she had any questions but at this time, we were both so nervous to ask him anything, that we stayed silent. He then tried to make small talk with us but we were done. He knows his craft. He is sanitary but his customer service absolutely sucks. He may have pierced people 1000 times in his career but this was a new experience for my daughter. He acts as if everyone should know exactly what he is talking about instead of offering customer service. I don't need my ass kissed but basic pleasantries and not being talked down to would be nice. Highly recommend them and I will not go anywhere else, and I have no problem paying for that assurance.

Lol) Now you may have gotten…read moretattooed from other shops (and no I'm not talking about your cousins attic with a razor blade.) but there is one shop in the top of Olympus that towers over the northwest section of Merika. (*looks up into the mountain with the sun burning your eyes.* "ah! My eyes they burn!!!.... FROM AWESOMENESS!") So get comfy, shaved and ready for the stencil of this review! Atmosphere: Well it feels like a squirrel took a wrong turn and ended up in the Willy Wonka section where they inspected nuts because this place is amazingly nut! (Places Spider monkeys on the nut scale.. *processing...ding!*... it's... aaaaaa... good nut. Lol [Now a days that means something completely different. These kids and their analogies! *Shakes cane to the sky only to be blinded by the sun again* "Gosh darn it!!" Lol]) There is so much Art and trinkets on the walls, that I almost 83.4% go crossed eye from trying to take in all of the art. (Now I'm starting to wonder why my tattoos end up in different parts of my body... O.O) The place is immaculate and the only litter ever created was when I accidentally dropped a wrapper on the ground and that's actually the only time I saw the mess that it really was. (Due to my wrapper. Don't worry I picked it right away.) Each artist section is covered by their art creations and a spin to it. (Kinda like a college dorm room but instead of poster it's amazing art.) Let's talk about the restroom because just like everyone (which I read in a wise book a long time ago and I live by it daily) they poop. *tear falls done* she's... breathtaking, the seat is wiped and the sink is clean, there's art on the wall and my backside cinnamon rolls thank you for caring for my donkey. Customer Service/Product: Now you may have seen a lot of 80s through 90s movies where they depict the tattoo artist as tattooed, pierced and mean! Well let me tell you it's nothing like that. These people are tattooed, pierced and.. friendly! O.O I've personally been working with Skrappy for 94.7% of my tattoos and he has not disappointed me! (YET!.... I'm just joking. I don't think he will. No pressure.. [ALL PRESSURE!!... I'm just joshing you.. *cough* O.O!!!]) They have a professional outlook and making sure you have what you want and taking the correct steps to set up their station and make it a safe environment to be tatted in. (Plus Skrappy has the softest hands there. Well that's what he told me and I'm sticking to it. Lol.) The tattoos produced here are worth every cent and they actually care what you want, what's doable, and what's not. They won't curve the truth and honestly I love seeing that in a business. Plus the majority of the time while I'm getting tattooed were mostly telling jokes, catching up or just staring deep each other's eyes. Lol. Conclusion: You ever just get so frustrated to not getting what you want? Ever want quality work that's worth your money? Ever needed a clean safe environment where professional who have done this for years know what they're doing? Ever ask Samantha Boiser from cubicle 36-B and get rejected so now you take the stairs instead of the elevator just in case of the off chance you get stuck with her in it like last Tuesday and she brings it out and tells you why she said no so you end up crying in front of her so she just awkwardly gets off a floor earlier!?!... if you checked yes in one of these things *thinks..* yes.. if you have checked one in any of these. This place is your place to go. With an amazing selection of tattoo artist, immaculate environment filled with fascinating art and professional but awesome background it's hard not waste every pay check here! (Why am I so broke!?! *shakes to the sky--* ah my eyes again!!)

I came in for equal stocking stuffers for my two girls. They measure everything to determine whether it is equal or not. The customer service was incredible. In a season where I was (and still am) meangirled by young women in retail (all small businesses I was committed to in 2025), Claire's treated me better than any other shop in Olympia this season. I know these businesses tend to have a turnover, but staff for Christmas 2025 was incredible, unforgettable and on the mark. Thank you!.
