I cannot honestly review the shop itself, i have only heard good things but i am here to leave a review for tattoo artist Mel B...She was at the shop i used and she did a great job on my piece UNTIL it was time to have it "touched" up after healing (its alot of reds and blacks so of course it has some spots needing fixed)...so, i reach out to Mel and i get ghosted and ghosted...i actually had to contact her boss and she finally called me back (i could sense from his reaction she does this alot) and scheduled and appointment...well, i had to cancel said appointment due to hip surgery complications with plenty of time in advance, like 2 weeks...Mel and i agreed to setup a later appointment..Once again she ghosted me..would not respond to my calls, messages, or texts..i found out she was no longer at my salon of choice, but she should still back up her work, no?...finally through social media i was able to track her down at this salon (again this is not about the salon but the artist)...her first response thru chat was "i did not get any texts"..confirmed her number with her and she sent me a text back telling me im rude and my tattoo does not need any work..if she did not get my texts how did she know i was "rude" as she put it...if being rude is asking for a touch up that she promised as part of her work, or asking why im being ignored is rude, i do not know what to say...rude is not returning a customer's texts/calls...rude is saying you arent going to provide customer service...i was going to refer Mel my wife, cousin, daughter, mum in law, and me again...but sorry i have lived the lack of customer service from Mel...they will be referred to the original shop and an artist there... read more

Went in to get my 4th set in my ears.... sooo obviously, I've been pierced before. This was by far the most painful piercing experience I've ever had... I swear, I could feel every second of that needle going through my ear, to the point that i screamed out loud, WITH BOTH EARS.... I would never recommend this parlor to ANYONE, not even my worst enemy.... there's seriously something to be said about piercers (sp?) who do an amazing job, and don't hurt people, and this? Went to go see Suzanne on 5/11/16. Me and the soon-to-be misses got wedding band tattoos. Suzanne was amazing and very accommodating. The shop was clean and well decorated (woman-owned...go figure!). Nice earthy and relaxing decor and music. Very sanitary and Suzanne took the time to give us advice and draw up the designs we liked. Will DEFINITELY be getting more ink here! read more

Julia is an incredible artist. She was able to add on to a tattoo I received from a previous artist, because the artist pushed too hard and caused blown out lines when it healed. She knew the old area would be sensitive, but was so light handed that I barely felt it. She's kind and made me feel at ease the entire time. The shop is clean and has a calming atmosphere, which I greatly appreciated. I will be going back to get the color added, and I can't wait. read more

The piercer i think named presley did a horrible job with my belly button, not only was too much skin pierced, it was pierced way too high & i had a rlly painful healing process, & she did not only do this to me i talked to one of my friends & she did the exact same thing go on of my friends. please don't get ur belly button pierced here. Was completely responsive to my needs as a client. Very professional and willing to adapt. I had a piece done by Mitch. His technique is excellent, very clean, light, pain was minimal, lines are all clean and the work is healing perfectly in just one week. Highly recommend this studio. I had a half sleeve piece done by Mitch in January 2013. Mitch had overbooked himself and when I arrived the first day he asked to reschedule a couple of days later. I arrived for my next appt on time and was asked to come back in 4 hours. I am patient and was on vacation so the rebooking wasn't an issue other than I already had plans for the timeframe I got moved to. When we were ready to start it was clear that my idea of what I wanted wasn't communicated very well, however his drawings had aspects of what I wanted and he did a nice job on the drawing, so I knew we could work with it. My asking to make the changes seemed to upset him though. He was tired and hungry from overbooking himself, he hadn't eaten, when I suggested he take a quick break and do that, he refused. It seemed he really just wanted to be done with the whole thing almost before it started. I now have a tattoo that is full of scarring because he was too heavy with the needle, maybe from working when he was tired and hungry? Lucky for me its a black and gray piece so the scarring is mostly hidden in the design, but this is the only tattoo I have with any scarring. It needs touch up of course, but I didn't go back because I felt like doing the piece to begin with wasn't something he really wanted to do. I am getting another large piece this year, and currently reading reviews trying to find a local shop which inspired me to leave one here. Personally I didn't like the completely open design of the shop, but not everyone would care about that. read more
