I Made an appointment for new tires and spring service on my ride. At close to closing time I called as I hadn't heard anything. He said he didnt get to it! I asked what's the point of booking an appointment, he said he doesn't do appointments. Even tho I booked an appointment for Friday and dropped it off Thursday evening. I asked if he'd have it done the next day? He just said maybe, but with a very disrespectful tone and attitude. I said I might as well pick it up then as I didnt plan to leave it for an unknown length of time. He blew me off like he just doesn't care. I picked it up right away and he continued his arrogant @ssh0le attitude. Which resulted in some back and forth F bombs. Absolutely disgusting. Strongly suggest not doing any business with this company. Drove down to IronCycle, great guys, great attitude, and I'm more confident they actually know what they're doing too. I will not do a penny of business with Precision Powersports in Lethbridge now, and hopefully this reaches everyone before they have this experience. I'd rather pay double then be talked to like this prick. Short little dude obviously has some issues. Can't overstate how pissed off this guy's attitude made me. I wouldn't have even been that upset about it being longer to get done. But F that guy!

Trevor was aggressive and unprofessional after completely botching the job on my new vehicle. The tint had numerous uneven cuts and flaws, showing zero attention to detail.
