I love this place! Great workout and fantastic instructors. It's a very supportive environment where you can tell that they really care about their clients. I have been riding here for about 4 years now and they workout never gets old. Every teacher is different and they all bring something unique to each class so it is never boring. They have done a great job since reopening after the quarantine. The gym is spotless and the bikes have been distanced so they are now at half capacity. They require masks and heavily sanitize the equipment between uses. I have an underlying condition and I feel perfectly safe working out there. I love this studio. Lots of parking, lots of classes. A water station and a shower! I liked that they have amenities in the bathroom like hair ties if you forget and body wipes! The towel is great too and the selection of snacks and coffee. I went on class pass but on their site it looks like there are specials. Not only is this an amazing workout that is challenging but incredibly fun- but the staff are always taking the time to greet you, get to know you, and help you in anyway. The facility is sparkling clean, the bikes are always in tip top shape and there is even free coffee! Jimmy is my favorite instructor. Recently I had a 10pk that expired because I hit a snag at work and I had to be gone the entire month of July. I just figured Id let it expire and start over. Jimmy asked me how I was and offered to extend my package so I could take advantage of it - I didn't even ask! They all care and the community that attends the classes are very good people. I was in town for the long weekend and went to Erin's 35-minute noon class on Monday 1/20/2020. Friendly staff, clean facilities, a down-to-earth vibe. Class was numbers based - you try to hit the RPMs, wattage, and resistance called out by the instructor. A good mix of speed, hill, and endurance intervals. A fun, efficient, and a butt-kicking workout. Erin had great energy, and her instructions were crystal clear. And there's a bonus butt kicking for sea level dwellers like me -- Reno's 4000 ft elevation may not seem that high until you're trying to keep up with your classmates' wattage. Altitude - ooof! But hey, more bang for my buck! I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Reno. read more

I recently went to full pedal for a Nevada alumni event, and had an awesome experience! I'm not much of a cycler, but the instructor Danyelle was outstanding! She provided a great introduction to the bike - what to expect during the workout and after. The workout was varied and never boring. I really appreciated full pedal providing biking shoes and helping everyone to get set up on the bike. For someone who has never been to a class, it was supremely helpful. During the class, you are able to see your bike on the tv screen and it shows you how fast you are going and how much energy you're expending. It's kind of fun and motivating to see your numbers next to everyone else! I would definitely recommend full pedal to anyone wanting to try out a cycling class! read more

Great place. Amazing fun work out. Instructors and staff are super friendly and helpful. Facilities are top notch-very clean. Easy parking.Fresh towels, water. Bathroom has shower, cubbies, very clean- even have hair ties if you forget! Very convenient clean shoe rentals for $2. I would highly recommend and wish they'd open a location in south Reno so I could go more and possibly become a member! The work out is sooooo good! My only critique - I wish the class passes didn't expire so soon. I bought a 5 class pack but wasn't able to use them all in time because I was out of town a lot and classes were full sometimes - it expired therefore I paid for 2 classes that I didn't use. I've bought passes at other studios that usually have a 6 month expiration period. I think full pedal is only 3 months. If they extended the expiration on class packs I'd be more inspired to invest and attend more. For now I will just buy single sessions. Otherwise a great studio! read more

This is a great spin gym! The staff is extremely friendly, especially to newcomers! The room is big, though the bikes are closer together than I prefer. They do darken the room so you don't feel as close. They offer earplugs in case the music is too loud for you. The bikes have weighted rods next to them for upper body exercises. They are also connected to a screen that associates your bike with a number so you can track your performance. The instructors are friendly and good. I just wish they talked more about physiology during class, so you can gauge your output by how you feel, what your body is doing, and what your heart rate monitor is doing, rather than just by your bike telemetry. Overall, though, great room, instructors, music, and vibe! read more

I have been taking cycle classes here for about 6 weeks now. This place is amazing. The first time I went, I was welcomed with a friendly smile, and the staff helped me set up my bike. You can't beat the customer service. During class, there is a board that ranks your performance. If you choose to add your bike to the board, it is a really good way to stay motivated and challenge yourself. After class an e-mail is sent that shows your performance as well. It shows your total mileage, calories burned, total energy, etc. It is really cool to see how much you can do in just 45 minutes. This place is definitely worth it. read more

Hands down my favorite studio in Reno. I now live in LA and still try and make it in for a visit (or two) every time I'm back. Both locations are always clean and have great equipment. They're large enough you can get a good group in there, but small enough to still have an intimate boutique studio vibe without the uppity attitude. I couldn't say enough good things about the FP team...but I'll try. You've got the owners Stacey and Mike who are both unbelievably awesome and teach kickass classes, the resident goofball we all love, Jimmy, who always brings awesome energy and fun to any class, to Roseann who has the best attitude and smile, Erin who is full on spin #goals to Danielle who is a beast with a killer playlist... do I really need to go on?! I mean I could, but this reviews already getting long enough. They're constantly there for not only a great class, but a genuine good time. Promise you'll leave sweaty, happy, smiley and feeling like you just did something good. FP isn't just a "gym" or a "workout" it's a community and a family. Honestly, this studio was a safe haven for me for a long time, a place that was for me where I could unwind, feel good and have some quality "me" time. They're reasonable in price, offer you to try them out and once you're hooked tell ya to bring a friend - awesome right?! The whole squad is also super involved with the community which I love. Added bonus: south location is right next to Great Full Gardens which is a nice spot for a post-workout, healthy snack or coffee. While it's a great place they don't have a lot available timewise and they charge you for everything. Even though it's unlimited passes for over a $100 dollars they charge you $9 if you miss a class and make you use their shoes which they charge you $2 for until you buy your own. This is a great business. I joined and attended for about 3 months consistently. The classes are very upbeat and the slight competition keeps you pushing for more. The staff is very friendly here. I used spin to get me in shape for summer and build some strength before moving to a different workout program. It helped me complete that goal and I occasionally do drop in classes to mix up my current workout. I have a hard time doing the same thing all the time which is why a monthly membership here was hard for me to continue. read more

I just started attending classes at Full Pedal. I like the classes and facilities overall, but I find how they clean the bikes unhygienic. Rather than use one wipe per bike, the instructors take a couple of wipes and go from bike to bike with these same 2 wipes. The bikes are drenched in sweat so essentially they are wiping down the bikes with wipes soaked in sweat. Soul Cycle does not do this, nor do other cycling classes I have attended...it is always one wipe per bike and they are not reused. read more
