Review is based on my experience about a year ago: I wouldn't recommend this tour. Christie was our tour guide, and while she was very nice... she was also visibly impaired from the moment we arrived at the meet-up location. She was unable to walk in a straight line (almost fell into a bush), she was slurring her words, and she continued to drink at each of the 3 bars we went to. Not to mention, there was very little ghost talk, and we instead received a history lesson on Christie and a tour of random buildings along our route (like the fire house). Of the ghost talk we did receive, very little had any factual grounds (like incorrect dates - verified via a quick google search on the spot), and just random tidbits (like some guy who is 6'7" "murdered or raped" a young girl and can sometimes be seen walking in the cemetery). At one point, Christie went on and on about this theatre where she met Woody Harrelson. Ultimately, we first went to a bar for a drink, then walked over to the cemetery, where we received those random tidbits (in total maybe 15 min), went to the next bar, then learned about a girl/ghost in the Inn above the bar, went to the next bar, and then we were finished. Quite frankly, as a group, we had a great laugh about it (and continue/will continue to), but I'm also extremely disappointed with this tour and wish we had chosen another (we passed many other tour groups that looked and sounded more legit). Wasn't going to leave a bad review until I read other experiences from YEARS AGO that sounded exactly like our tour. Craig is unprofessional, opinionated, inappropriate and a drunk. Did I also mention that he is cringy? VERY cringy. -He was late. -He showed up drunk. -He spent the first 30 minutes babbling about personal things that had nothing to do with the haunted history of Savannah. We could tell you about his High School friends however.... -He made innuendo's repeatedly around an all female group with an average age in the mid 20's. -For a pub crawl, he did not visit many bars and he drank when we did. -His stories were so bizarre that we all took turns fact checking. It wasn't entertaining...it was boring. Worst excuse for a tour I've ever experienced and a huge waste of money. read more

Strap in folks, this is going to be QUITE a review. Myself and a group of 3 other 20-somethings went on this "ghost tour" last night. We met Craig in Chippewa Square, where he proceeded to spend the first 30 minutes of our tour insulting our hometowns, making homophobic, sexist, and anti-semetic comments, and calling all the females our group "pretty" while giving us creepy amounts of eye contact. He also set up a "safe word" with us, telling us to shout "red light" every time he crossed the line. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS. Then we noticed that Craig wasn't making much sense. He was repeating himself and slurring his words and telling us irrelevant stories. CRAIG WAS DRUNK. A member of my group got close to him and smelled the alcohol on his breath. Not only that, but he KEPT drinking. He took us to a pub and got a drink with us and bragged about how he gets doubles for free because he's a tour guide. He then got handsy with a female of my group and made us all incredibly uncomfortable. An hour in to our "tour" we finally made it to our first haunted location, but Craig was too drunk to make coherent sense when telling us about its history. We left because this man is unprofessional and he made us feel unsafe. We signed up for a haunted pub crawl, and that's not what we got. Two members of our group had been on haunted pub crawls in Savannah before and had amazing experiences, this was NOT what we expected. If I could give it zero stars I would. DO NOT TAKE A TOUR WITH FULL MOON TOURS. read more

Really thought this would have been more of a ghost tour based on ghost of Savannah and the buildings. Pretty generic of a tour. Best part is I found a new German restaurant Bier House which is on the back side of the cememtary. But all in all Groupon was 20 for two people. read more

A great time on a busy Saturday of St. Paddy's weekend. Our guide was Jeff, he was very friendly and had some great stories. We really enjoyed all of the bars O'Connell's, McDonough's and Abe's on Lincoln. Jeff's knowledge on the history of Savannah and his ghost tales were fun and entertaining. So if you love to drink, do a little walking, meet some fun locals and tourists, then don't hesitate to take this tour. I've been on another ghost pub walking tour. Cobblestone Tours, which hit some of the same spots and different ones too. I'll be reviewing that tour soon. read more

great time on the tour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes it was hard to hear him, but we just elbowed closer. With the open container laws I like that we could grab a drink and keep walking. I feel we saw more that way. VERY reasonably priced and gave us some insight on places we'd like to explore more. I snagged a Groupon for this tour because it was a happy hour/ghost walk and it sounded like a good idea. It wasn't. Our tour guide, Craig, spent a good majority of his time explaining why we couldn't stand on the sidewalk when he was explaining things, how he can get fined for not wearing his ID, and how to order drinks in the bar. I'm sure there was a ghost story here and there in it, but they're forgettable. Walking around and drinking was probably the highlight and we did not need a tour guide for that. Save your money and time and DO NOT do the happy hour ghost tour. read more

Great way to start off our weekend in Savannah. We did the 2 hour tour and our tour guide was amazing. He provided a detailed history of the city and what occurred in numerous locations to make them haunted. He was willing to answer any and all questions we had. Would recommend to anyone wanting a haunted history of the city. read more

There was some early Groupon confusion and these guys called me back and showed up anyway! Great customer service. Craig did an excellent tour, was very personable, and knew his stuff without being overly dramatic and weird. We went on the Haunted Pub Crawl this Saturday night with Carrie as our tour guide. Carrie was hilarious and told great stories. She lived up to her promise and we were all drunk by the of the tour. We went to 5 bars, I think lol, and most of them seemed like local hangouts rather than the touristy bars. I thought the history of the pub crawl and ghost stories were great, thoroughly enjoyed. Here's my hangup with the tour: we are paying $15 per person to be walked around and told ghost stories, alcohol is not included, discounts for drinks are not given. We waiting at the bar forever to get served by bartenders who were obviously annoyed at our being there. I hate rude bartenders and the bartenders at Tondee's Tavern were awful. My suggestion would be to raise the price of the tour and have a signature cocktail at each bar ready for the tour group as part of the package. That way we can all sit down, enjoy the atmosphere and have a drink the bar is known for. This would eliminate the chaos for the bartenders, the patrons, and us. I have been on plenty of inclusive tours that were great and a lot of fun. read more

This tour was by far the best experience I've had in Savannah . I've come here numerous times and I always find myself coming back to this tour . I really love everything the tour has to offer including the bar crawl and stories . Craig my tour guide really made me feel welcome as well as telling the best stories and jokes . I really do not understand the low ratings some fools put on this page of this tour . I recommend this tour to EVERYBODY! Very affordable and worth the money ! The tour started at Molly Macphearson's pub. It ended up to be just myself and my daughter on this tour. Which I thought would be great and more personalized. I mentioned that we were interested in the haunted stories of Savannah. I also mentioned we would like to go to Moon River brewery. Our guide said if we had time at the end he would take us there. There wasn't a story about the first place and we didn't see or tour anything. Then we walked bit and went to Tequila Town. We told our guide that we went there the day before and were not interested in going there again. Once again there wasn't any story behind this location. The rest of the tour was about the same. We mostly got a history lesson. There wasn't really a tour of of any of the haunted places. Our guide spent a lot of time on his phone. He even left us to talk to one of his co workers. At the end we walked to The brewery and he left. I was not impressed at all. I would not recommend. We frankly could have done it alone and had a better time. Waste of money and time. read more
