I also really appreciated that they were still able to see me even though they were close to closing. So I call and I was told ok come in whenever and get the gold chrome so I call the day I wanna come in and Bobby answers and tells me he don't have gold chrome he don't know why the lady told me he does and then lies and say hay I told you I didn't have gold chrome when I did it. I don't care how much it cost that's not the point I wanted the color I asked for and as a business person you should've said that because you clearly knew I didn't know how the real gold chrome was suppose to be applied and my nails are different lengths and bubbly some are bulky and excess acrylic is on the side of my nails and my nails are still burning for application . DO NOT LET HIM DO YOUR NAILS ! Go to anyone in there but him. Pissed me the hell off! I already hated them but me being the person I am I just accepted it because I'm like I have to have gold chrome so let me just deal but the fact this not even the color and I tipped him . I have short nails because my job requires a lot of typing on a computer and I hate when my nails click on the keys, she kept filing them down even shorter and actually sliced a couple of my nails underneath the nail. On one of my nails she did it 3 times and then sprayed alcohol on it, OUCH! I also get a lot of hang nails and I like getting manicures to remove all of that. She kind of rushed through and didn't remove most of it. I was a little disappointed. The polish job itself, turned out great but I just wish the experience would have been the whole package.

I have been going for two years now and love both owners, Amy and Tim. They are professional, friendly and can accommodate walk ins too. She and her husband are such wonderful people who clearly care about providing the highest quality and most professional service. While I was there, a very unpleasant customer made rude comments during his pedicure with Amy's husband, and yet he remained authentically kind and unfazed. Their grace and professionalism in that moment really stood out.
