Not just paper paint copies, books! They will do a walk through as they generate a quote and mutual parties come to an agreement in terms of work/labor for a price. Start with a nice power wash to clean the areas and the transformation begins! They did a fantastic clean job in just a couple days for a 1700-1800 square foot home! We will definitely recommend them to neighbors, friends, family and anyone seeking a quality paint job!

If you're looking for a professional painter who won't break the bank, then Superior Painting is…read morewho you need. I first met Dante and his crew about two years ago when he was painting another house in the neighborhood, but at the time, I didn't feel we needed to spend money on a new paint job for the house. Fast forward to now, the original stucco damage was starting to be unbearable and in need of repair. Initially, we were looking to repair the damaged stucco only, but after calling around different companies. The price for just the repair was ridiculous for other companies we reached out to. After almost exhausting the Yelp list, I remembered about Superior Painting and decided to reach out as a last-ditch effort. Dante reached out immediately and provided a free estimate. The price he offered blew away all the competitors, and we even negotiated to paint the whole house and pergola and even fix part of my broken fence. The price and quality were well worth it, and the service was top-notch. Communication was perfect, and the painting crew was respectful. I am super satisfied with the work and price of this project and will be using this company again. The proof is in the picture; our house transformation is night and day. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Azael Hernandez was the site supervisor for the job. He and his crew were totally professional . They arrived on time and did a thorough job. They identified all the places with moisture. They photographed, measured and dried out the ceilings and walls. They moved a large storage container onto my driveway. My furniture, lamps and tables were professionally packed and placed into the storage box and secured. Over 3 days, my ceilings and walls were replaced and painted. My furniture was unloaded and placed in its original positions. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the job. I highly recommend this company and would enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone who asks. The jobs was well done and the price was competitive. Definitely a 5 star outfit.

When a pipe burst behind the wall in my bathroom, our plumber referred me to Easy Dry--and I'm so…read moreglad he did. They showed up the same day, right after the plumber opened the wall and discovered the water damage. The team immediately assessed the situation, finding moisture in the drywall, floors, and even in the studs. There was a real risk of mold, so they wasted no time getting started. Before beginning any work, they called in a third-party company to test for asbestos. Once it was confirmed the space was safe to work in, Easy Dry moved quickly but carefully. They helped me pack up and move my belongings--including wrapping delicate furniture to prevent damage--and even had a pod storage unit delivered to my backyard so everything could be stored onsite during the mitigation. They explained the water mitigation process clearly and made sure I understood each step. They also brought in an electrician to install a dedicated outlet to handle the power load from their drying equipment without tripping breakers--a small detail, but it shows their professionalism and thoroughness. What impressed me even more is that they sat with me while I opened the insurance claim. They walked me through my coverage, and thanks to their guidance, I found out that my policy covered temporary housing. That meant I was able to stay in a hotel while the drying process was underway--something I wouldn't have even known was possible without their help. Although Easy Dry also offers reconstruction services, I ended up hiring my longtime handyman (who actually referred me to them) to handle the remodel. Still, I appreciated that Easy Dry was supportive throughout the entire process. I honestly didn't even know my insurance would cover something like this, and Easy Dry made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage--they're prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

I had an excellent experience with a custom order-- Vanessa went above and beyond in researching…read moreand providing multiple options for my specific needs so that I could compare material specs and pricing. She invited me to stop by and see their scrap materials anytime which was crucial to deciding between the products. I paid $2 for generous cutoffs of polycarbonate and acrylic (priced by weight) and was able to take them home and experiment with drilling techniques and scratch tests. Since my project required 24 pieces of *exact* uniformity, I may have asked Vanessa about 10 times if she was SURE they'd be perfectly sized and each time she answered with patience, "YES! :)" I paid a very moderate price for my materials to be delivered to my workshop and this morning the business owner drove them over, navigated my very steep driveway and unloaded them onto my worktable herself. They are perfectly uniform and wrapped both sides in protective film. I did not catch the owner/driver's name but my whole experience was so easy and their service very impressive. I'm thrilled to have worked with a local, small business on this project (especially a female-owned one!) and will be back again.
