My appointment was early morning. When I walked in the front desk associate greeted me kindly and had me fill out paperwork. It wasn't long after that I was called back for my massage. The room setup looked nice. However, the room was ice cold. It was on the second story of this house. It was so cold that even the heated bed barely had an effect. The masseuse had ice cold hands too. So it was far from relaxing because it was like ice cubes touching you every time you are trying to relax. I don't blame her because I'm sure she was cold too. Obviously. What I didn't like was that I could hear my masseuse chewing her gum the entire time. Christmas music was playing the entire time too. I like Christmas music but not when I'm getting a massage...that's far from relaxing lol. You also could hear every noise in the building.
