More disclosure, I am not trained in Muay Thai. My background is in Okinawan Karate, military combatives (Marine Corps), and jiu-jitsu. However, having been around a few years, I can tell when a dojo/academy is serious about training. Metayo Muay Thai Academy is serious about training. Don't believe me? Go in and hear the sounds of kicks and knees hitting pads. Watch the students warm-up themselves and get ready for action. Paul doesn't need to make people warm up or cajole people into working...people work because they want to be there. If you are serious about martial arts, serious about a workout, or even serious about competing, I would recommend you go here. Oh yes, the City recently promoted Metayo Academy on their Instagram page. Check it out here! https://www.instagram.com/reel/DEoN_3ahDte/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
