I purchased a disposable camera for my friends to use to photograph me during my recent race at the Baltimore Marathon! Parking is easily available on E 21st street and once you open the main door to get in, hit the doorbell to have someone let you inside. It was the standard green disposable Fujifilm that takes 27 shots. It cost $15.37 (with tax) to develop these photos and send me them digitally. While they do offer printing services, they are more in line with professional photography printing as opposed to the traditional glossy 4x6 prints I wanted for my journal. They took slightly less than 2 days to get the photos back to me via WeTransfer and I used a CVS coupon code to get them all printed there for $4. Service was super fast inside and they helped explain what the excess film strips they keep for you to pick up (stored for up to 30 days!) are used for and I did opt to pick them up. Would recommend this place for quick photo developing here in Baltimore! read more

Fast as hell!!! Incredibly kind & patient!! I'd unfortunately come in 10 minutes prior to close as I'd just gotten off work--but I was welcomed in warmly, taken care of & left within 3 minutes tops. I wish I got the reps name, but she was so thoughtful and educated in going over my options when developing the test roll for my new camera. My scans were emailed to me in less than 48 hours, indicating my negatives were available for pick up just as quickly. Could not recommend enough read more

Always happy with Full Circle's services! I usually bring a disposable camera with me on my travels and Full Circle has been there for me to develop them digitally. They don't offer printing services for film or disposable cameras because they only do really high quality prints (I was quoted $5 per photo for printing). However, the digital file is about $14 for all 30ish photos and it's perfect for posting on Instagram. The last time I got film developed here, it was suggested I take it over to CVS to get them printed for about 80 cents a pop. Definitely a better bargain for what I was looking for and I appreciated the recommendation. Their turnaround time is also impressive, it normally takes 2-3 days. My first experience was 5 stars (see below). Last year (Summer 2023), I had two posters, made from virtual photography photomode shots taken in Cyberpunk 2077 (video game), framed. They were gorgeous! Courtesy of Ruth Nuhn, Senior Framer, who picked the perfect frames for both my (2' x 3') posters and James Singewald, Digital Imaging Specialist, who was able to take my original 3840 x 2860 TIF file (9.44MB) (300PPI), creating a high resolution image file from which he recreated my 2' x 3' poster to replace the original that was shipped scuffed from another company's shipping tube box. Both of these framed works were (and still are!) absolutely gorgeous. Kudos to them both! Fast forward to earlier this year (Summer 2024), my experience was not so great. I reached out to Full Circle looking for another consultation with James to have another poster printed only to find he was no longer with the company and I was referred to Brian (self-described Master). After much back and forth, I canceled. During the entire time, I was repeatedly told to send a higher resolution image because the original size/resolution was too low as this was the problem. Had some disparaging comments about the image file. James (who actually was the Master) had no problem creating a high res image from a low res image (i.e AI upscaling). He took my 3840 x 2860 TIF file at 300PPI and created 10800 x 7200 image at 300PPI without changing the design of the image itself to get an exact duplicate flawless print. It was gorgeous (emphasis on "exact duplicate"). In comparison, I received a tinted image with facial tattoos (which were my mods) faded to invisibility and my female character's hard dark goth image washed out/lightened/faded with blurred water-color like edges instead of the original hard crisp edges/lines in the original print. Got talked down about my original image in the process and then told the final test result "looked good" which didn't look anything like my original print. I canceled and got it done elsewhere. James was the best - he actually listened during the first and only consultation and got it right the first time. There was no back and forth. It's a shame he left because I wanted to have it printed and framed at the same location. read more

We are so so lucky to have a place like Full Circle located in the city! While they provide a huge range of services, as a photographer I focus mostly on getting film developed and preview scans in from shoots. They have an awesome deal where if you get your rolls in by a certain time (1PM I believe) on Monday/Wednesday they will get them done and back to you by the next day. Call ahead to confirm the time and days, as I'm not sure if they change but I usually go with that and have my stuff developed before the end of the day. I can't wait to get in here and check out some of the other services they offer like studio rental, print enlargement and educational classes. Finding places that do everything 'full circle' (professionally and with the upmost care) is a rare find, and full circle is no exception. He really knows about what will your image look like after the framing. Furthermore, for the very special framing such as Diasec, they will help you to get it done with various options. I cannot say enough good things about Full Circle. I am a full time wedding photographer, but I like to shoot 4x5 in my free time and would like to exhibit my work in the future. I wanted to get a museum quality 50x40 inch print from a 4x5 color negative for our home. I didn't have any experience with large format printing prior to this, but Brian took the time to walk me through the process. He was very helpful and took time out of his busy schedule to inform me of everything I needed to know. The print itself was perfect and Brian was able to give me exactly what I wanted. After the print was finished, I worked with Ruth for the frame. Ruth was just as helpful as Brian and her the frame came out just as good as the print. I have not even recieved my photos yet but I feel compelled to write a review . I would not even consider myself a phtographer I have not taken a class just followed some tips from some photography friends and went around taking shots with my canon ae 1 camera that i recieved as a gift. I had never used a fine art service before. this one was recomended to me by a friend..... and I am glad it was because being that i never took a class before a dew of the terms and pricesses were not familiar to me julie answered my emails quickly and was very thorough in explaining things. Every time I go to full circle I always have a great experience. Everyone is so pleasant and very helpful. They provide great service and my negatives always come back to me developed properly and in a timely manner. They also provide great opportunities for artist in the area with their frequent shows which are available to the entire community including MICA students which is great as a MICA student to be able to show my work somewhere beyond the MICA galleries. read more
