The owner, Tony, took the tire off and showed me the problem. Unfortunately, I had to buy a new tire. The tire that he sold me was a little overpriced. However, it was a good tire, and I didn't have any other options. While replacing the tire he also showed me where I had cracks in my rim. The day just kept getting worse for me, but I appreciated the transparency. His bedside manner wasn't the best, but I didn't mind that too much. I was in a hurry to get to work and just wanted a new tire so that I could be on my way as soon as possible. He also only accepts cash. There's an ATM in the corner store next door if you don't have any on hand. Also he doesn't offer any warranties or guarantees on his tires. So be aware of all of that before you go in.

I've never had any issues so I'm not sure how they are about resolving any issues. However, they are always kind, courteous, and professional. They have a bathroom, a sink at the counter, usually fresh coffee (in the mornings that I've been) and the waiting room is always clean.
