Of the quotes I got back, H Town Steam was the most competitive. I didn't end up booking at the time, but circled back a few days ago and asked them to confirm the pricing from before. They responded right away and I got it scheduled. We had to adjust the timing a couple of times, but they were responsive and accommodating throughout. Shai showed up and did a great job on the cleaning. There was a small discrepancy between the price I was quoted and what he had on hand, so I flagged it and showed him my conversation with their sales rep. He called management on the spot and got it corrected immediately. Great first experience overall -- I'll definitely use them again.

When we first…read morenoticed the unreliability, we contacted the owner who told us he was in the hospital for a few days. We gave him the benefit of doubt and continued on, reiterating our expectations. He showed up one more time and we have not seen him since. Even when he came, he did not completely service our pool. He neglected our spa and rarely brushed or vacuumed. At this point, he owes us money for all the weeks he hasn't met his commitment. *This photo is one sent to us from Prestige Pool showing how "sparkling clean" our pool/spa was following their last service call.

When the three headed monster known as HOA raised its head about the driveway the little lady said…read morewe need a pressure washer. So I told her I'm in my 50's and we need a service. A quick search landed me on Trinity, and I was pleasantly surprised by everything. What I expected was a long wait and high price, but what I Got was a great price and a two-day turnaround. I got my quote on Tuesday and they were there on Friday. I asked them to do the driveway and the sidewalks for the quote. I didn't realize the I also needed the curb done as well, but they assured me that it was fine. What I didn't expect was they were going to do my rear patio because I made sure the driveway was clear in anticipation of the cleaning. However, the back patio was not cleared so they moved everything off, cleaned it and put it back. On top of that it did not raise the price. So basically, these guys showed up on time did more than I asked for at a great price, and the job was amazing. I could not be happier with the results, the price and speed of everything they did. Take that HOA!!
