Sashimi Deluxe - 18 pieces chosen by the chef. Great taste and presentation!

Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 3/5 Sashimi Delixe was excellent in taste, quality, freshness and presentation. A real feast! $25. The chef's selection of 18 pieces of sashimi. The shrimp teriyaki dish that I ordered was tasty and reasonable at $18. Our server was very sweet and attentive. We will be back soon.

What a beautiful experience! I love the idea of bringing food and entertainment together. A fantastic way to spend time, eat and make memories. The food was fresh and delicious. Our server was amazing and we even got some free sake during the entertainment!

Experience was fun but food was okay. I found a hair in my salad. Also, thought they didn't provide enough meat in the hibachi entrees we ordered.

I ordered the food for delivery. It was through Uber Eats so I can't blame the restaurant for the long wait. But, the food itself was Not Good !! The salad was good The rice had no flavor at all. When I went to the location on Maple Rd, it was delicious, this was bad. Same with the Tonkatsu Pork. It was soooo good on Maple, but this one, on Transit, not good. It was chewy & not crunchy on the outside. My son got the curry w/beef & it didn't even look good. He didn't like it at all. I tried the curry & that was definitely not good. We will never be ordering from this location again.

Gyoza - Chicken 6/10 I usually get pork, but didn't realize these were chicken until I bit into it. The chicken was more bland than pork and no celery/onion inside with it either. Just plain ground chicken. They were also not crispy, they were more steamed.. Would like them to be more fried on all sides and crispy. Hibachi Dinner 8/10 Good. I just always wish there was less zucchini and more broccoli. They also don't give you a crap ton of rice/noodles when you sit at a regular table. Was expecting a little more rice. They also didn't clean the poop out of my shrimps either which is really gross to me, but they were cooked well. Steak was cooked good too. Also I don't understand why there was a random maraschino Cherry on every plate? It just doesn't belong.

This was our first time in Fuji Grill and let me tell you, it has got to be one of the best experiences ever!!!!! And let me tell you why: Pros: - Food was delicious, I loved the fact they had a lot of great choices on there, which was amazing! - Service was the best part of the meal, and they even served it right in front of us which was cool! And it was full of entertainment and it was fun - The staff were very charming and welcoming - Timing was beyond perfect! Especially when they get your order on time! Especially while waiting! Cons: - nothing What I ordered: Steak and Scallop with Shrimp Tempura and Asparagus Roll Overall my experience was great!!!!!!!! I would definitely come back here, even when we are going out to eat!

The show was good and the food was great. Waitresses were totally absent and didn't stay ontop of drink refills or cleaning the soup or salad bowls so it was very cramped and cluttered. They weren't even very busy at all. I'll give them another try because the food was great.

I really enjoy coming here whether it's for lunch (with great deals) or to celebrate and have hibachi. The food and service are always great!

This is my mom's favorite restaurant, so it's where she chose to go for Birthday #84. The staff treated her like a queen, which thrilled her to the core. We didn't call ahead, but our server did ask if we were celebrating anything special. Pretty clever question. It forces you to consider them for when you ARE celebrating an event. Well played, Fuji Grill. Mom wanted to be entertained, so she chose the hibachi table. We were seated immediately, but we had to wait a hot minute for a chef to become available. That gave Mom & me time to talk about how I'm her favorite child, so that was nice. The server offered Mom a special free mixed drink for her birthday, but Mom declined, which was for the best because when the alcohol hits Mom, she's dancing on tables. And since these tables have actual grills on them, that would have caused some serious burning. The server offered her a Shirley Temple instead, and Mom enjoyed the heck out of that! Our chef did not disappoint. He was a great entertainer & wished my mom a happy birthday no fewer than 12 times during the entire "show." She giggled every time. It was great! I try to stick to keto, and there aren't very many options for that unless you're super-specific. I chose double vegetables instead of rice, and didn't think to tell them no sauce until I watched the chef douse them with it. I'm not one to complain, though, and it was my own fault, so I ate it anyway, and it was delicious. Carbs don't count on your mom's birthday anyway.

We visited at 1 PM on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate my husband's birthday and really enjoyed our experience! This was a great time to come, as there was only one other group in the building so we had plenty of space. I was also impressed by the number of hibachi tables at this location, 12 I believe! There was no one around us at all, which definitely helped allow us to enjoy our experience. The food was good, albeit very saucy. I enjoyed this, but not all may. I ordered scallops as I pretty much always do at hibachi. They were a bit smaller than those I have had on other recent hibachi experiences but there was a good number and they were cooked well and were tasty. Our hibachi master was very good and very entertaining. He really got our whole group going and made it a memorable experience. Great experience, I'm sure we will be back!

Our most recent visit to Fuji Grill was in the late afternoon which lead to very few people being there. This suited me just fine since I'm currently not terribly comfortable yet with dining inside a restaurant. They take all the necessary required precautions which helps my comfort level. Service was good. On this visit I got chicken pad thai and my husband a sesame chicken, with a dragon roll to share. It was the first time having their pad thai. Very flavorful with a generous portion for tender chicken. I'd definitely order it again. The dragon roll was also very good. Overall a good meal. 2021-20

In addition to traditional Japanese dishes including Hibachi they also have a selection of Chinese food and even Pad Thai. During this visit, in addition to an assortment of sushi, I decided to order Chinese. I ordered Sesame Chicken extra spicy. The portion was very generous. I know that what they actually served me was General Tso's Chicken without the sesame seeds. You don't realize how much the sesame seeds add to the flavor until they are not on the dish. Next time I plan to order more traditional Japanese food.

Since my last visit, it's been continuously a fun and very affordable place. Don't expect exceptional quality, because it's still mostly about quantity. Some of the special rolls look pretty amazing, but we tried to avoid spicy tuna, spicy salmon etc., and crunchy toppings. Those are the components which are generously used and add volume. Also, be prepared to eat too much rice, although we tried not to. My favorite rolls were Coral and King. The Yellowtail Jalapeno was cut very thin, but with Pepper Tuna is a must to order. The Rainbow Roll could have had more fish, then I wouldn't complain about its appearance ;). We didn't have anything from the 'Kitchen Entrees' focusing just on the sushi menu. Besides Salmon Bites, which we both agreed tasted a little bit fishy, everything was fresh and very good. They were out of ice cream, the only dessert that wasn't even on the menu. Our servers, led by Kaley, were great.

Lowering your expectations is also a good approach. The place was packed on Saturday evening, but we still got a table right away. It was located at the back of the room, next to the cash registers. Next time, I would definitely prefer to wait for better seating. Did I overeat? Yes, I did, but no regrets, and I would do it again :). The cucumber and kani salad were very good. We tried all three sushi appetizers. Beef gyozas and shrimp tempura from the kitchen appetizers section were yum. The tempura was pleasantly crunchy, and I almost ordered more. Our favorite things were classic rolls, salmon and yellowtail. The least favorite were the Classic Roll with Spicy Salmon and the Queen Roll with spicy tuna. No offense, but I thought spicy salmon and tuna that evening were pretty bad with absolutely no taste. I compared it to eating sawdust, but actually I've never eaten sawdust, so it was kind of mean from my side. We liked the flavors in general. The Christmas, the Rainbow, the Hollywood and the Dancing Crab (the most handsome) rolls were all very tasty. Perhaps due to the restaurant's high volume, some of our food was prepared very sloppily. I can only imagine how quickly all the chefs had to work to fulfill all the orders. They still should maintain some standard, in my opinion. Well, that's the consequence of visiting during the busiest time of the week, I suppose. Our server, Anna, was really pleasant. She thanked us for ordering extra sashimi for additional cost (still low). She also complimented the way we were ordering. My dining companion knew what to choose from the menu, and we gave her a longer list of dishes so Anna didn't have to check on us as often. It just worked out perfectly for us. Oh! There was this guy helping with the food service. He was probably in training, or maybe just filling in, or maybe just helping out on the weekends. His mood and attitude were pretty bad, but my companion said I should be more relaxed about it ;). Anyway, I'll be back. We had a lot of fun. Someday, I'd like to order from the regular menu for comparison. Maybe the special rolls are bigger and look tidier? The Sushi Queen is a good place to check out for an affordable dining experience.

That includes clearing of items you're done with immediately and no waiting for your bill. I was never rushed; they were just great at their job! Honestly hard to find over the last few years and I was very grateful for that experience alone. The ambience was a very cozy-casual. As I was dining alone this time, I enjoyed the 80s music and videos playing on the TV haha I have to be honest ... I really really wanted to order a roll! But I'm trying to do better about trying other things. So I ordered the Atlantic mussels and the pan seared scallops with veggies with fresh ginger sauce and rice, at a spice level of 3/5. The mussels were very generous and in a large bowl. My biggest pull, aside from the mussels themselves, was that in the description it had a creamy coconut sauce. But I did not taste any coconut and it wasn't creamy. It was broth. It wasn't bad or anything, just not quite what I was expecting. I did appreciate, in general, that there were a couple of mussel options. I hadn't had them in quite some time. The dinner entree was very good. I loved that there was a 1-5 spice scale to choose from. I picked level 3 and was a little worried it wouldn't be spicy enough but it definitely was! It was perfect. The sauce was good and the scallops plump. Veggies were fresh and rice sticky. I had water to drink and it was also very good (felt it deserved a mention lol). I would definitely come back here, but I would definitely order rolls next time! It's what my heart really desires! Side note: great place to indulge in for a whole food diet! I felt very satisfied from my seafood and veggies!!

My friends both ordered the seafood tempura thinking this would be the size of a meal or at least include rice. Everything I ordered was about 3-4 bites of food, the sushi was 6 very tiny pieces. The sushi was good and if I ever went back I'd order more. The jelly fish was crunchy and interesting and I ordered it for the experience so I enjoyed it.
