First spoke with Jeanne over the phone, super friendly and down-to-earth. I'm actually early this year and wasn't in a rush, but it wasn't long before I got a text that my order was ready for pickup. Jeanne - whose personality is abso fun and refreshing, by the way - confirmed names and sizes for me so that I could look everything over. The font, the color, the sizing, everything came out so well - I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much!!

We brought in 2 items, one quilt and one thicker blanket. I even specified with the (2) gentleman who were there when I dropped it off that I have skin sensitivities and not to use any fragrance. They assured me they did not use any fragrance. When I called in for a refund for only one item (I was trying to be polite and allow them their "profit" for the other quilt). $95.00 was for two items. A machine washable thicker blanket and a thinner quilt. I am very disappointed that they would not refund (1) item given we will have to go somewhere else to get this washed properly. I spoke with the owner & he was unwilling to refund me for their mistake. That is very unprofessional and sad. Management please do better.
