They have a wide range and an expansive selection of trophies, plaques, sculptures, for any occasion, celebration, or commemorative event. Crystal Images offers items for the budget conscious and those looking for a little something extra. Their novelty trophies are an especially big hit for our first place in the Ugly Pants contest. Even with the reduced inventory and increased supply chain issues that have been felt throughout the entire country with the pandemic, the team at Crystal Images were able to keep prices reasonable and the quality of their products high. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, and always find a way to get the customer what they need. It's always a pleasure dealing with Melanie and the rest of the team. If you need the perfect compliments for your tournaments, events, and celebrations, give Crystal Images a call. They'll take great care of you.

I had a few different projects that I was working on and needed that personalized help to guide me through the creative process. My key project was for a Charity Golf tournament, and I did NOT want the standard boring Trophy's that you may run across online or through the BIG stores. After I met with Don and his amazing wife Michelle, we went back and forth on various ideas, and he was able to create several mockups which allowed us to fine tune the smallest details. The time that Don spent going over every aspect of the Trophy was insane as there were no details left untouched. The final product was more than I could have ever expected, and the winners of the tournaments loved the Trophy's more than anything else they got. Since he did such an amazing job with the Trophy's, I went ahead and had him create custom poker chips to be handed out to every player. He went as far as making the poker chips textured to look and feel like a golf ball!! WHO DOES THAT!!! What a nice touch. If you are looking for plain, boring, and cheap, hit up Amazon or other big box stores and skip TruCarve. If you want something that is unique, creative and Kick Ass, give TruCarve a chance. Their prices are more than reasonable, their product is First Class, and you will not be disappointed. BE WARNED!! If you buy something from TruCarve, be prepared to spend more money with them as you will most likely be back for your next project!! It's like a kid in a candy store, you can't just have one

Horrible experience with this company the last year but we started working with them back in since 2019. We hoped by returning we would receive the same customer service like the first order. We tried to get their help in the last year and spent over $11k in total with their company getting a commercial sign. They only did part of the job. We had to hire an independent contractor to help us with the sign installation even though we paid this company to do it. We even contacted them numerous times to charge us extra to get their help and they ignored us, ghosted us and we are so disappointed with their lack of communication, professionalism and ethics. Do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off and ghosted. (Luckily we recently found a better source (not HighTech) for sign installation! We found a reputable company that helped us on Sunday! Reasonably priced and it was done immediately!) But not by HighTech!!! Boo!!! HighTech signs DFW! Horrible company to work with!

I started using their services about a year after they opened when my husband was in Iraq. The team was great, they always helped me find the best way to ship him packages. Once again David and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me find the best solutions to my needs.
