I cannot believe I did not know about this place previously. The food was excellent, and it had a very homemade quality to it. I ordered a rice bowl with beef, and I was pleasantly surprised with the authenticity of the plate. Just the delicious smell brought good memories from my travels to South America and even other the country side of other countries. I ate plenty from my serving, but had to save the rest. And yes, I had Fuego Grill's beef rice bowl for breakfast from the prior day leftovers and is was still good ; I think that the love that the girls put in it keeps the food tasting great even the next day. I would be going again this week to try the arepas and empanadas . I think I did see them in the menu and cannot wait to try them. The food here in Fuego was absolutely wonderful! We had the bowl. There are several choices of bowls that you can choose from we got beef. It was delicious! The service couldn't have been any better. This is a family owned business. It's a food truck. The music they played was the right music for the mood for the food. I'm in a traveling band and we found this place on yelp. Did not know what to expect but it was just wonderful. They not been open long. Couldn't recommend a place more highly. read more

Took a long time for food. Came out cold. low quantity and not that good. 2 minute walk is lupitas for cheaper and better quantity.
