I arrived at the store first thing this morning looking forward to purchasing several outfits. It seems, per the salesperson, that the store became busy and they needed the dressing rooms. I had brought up the subject after receiving the "bum's rush" from another associate. I left a couple of outfits (that I was going to purchase) in the dressing room with my name on it to go look for more clothes and upon returning with more outfits to try on, someone had erased my name from the door and removed the outfits I had planned on purchasing. There is absolutely no excuse for this lack of professionalism. If the associates only want people to try on and purchase only one or two things, they should tell customers. Hopefully, someone will educate these clerks-they are definitely not customer service-oriented salespeople.

We were originally told we only needed to put $250 down, but the paperwork took so long that my boyfriend had to leave for work so the manager told us we could come back the next day to finish everything and pay. When we came back the manager suddenly said we needed to put $400 down. While looking for the 14K chain, he claimed he couldn't find it. We ended up getting a 10K chain instead and still paid the $400 down. I'm not even sure he submitted the financing paperwork for the different chain because of how rushed and confusing the process was. We returned the chain and were told we would receive a refund. A few days later, my boyfriend called to ask about it, gave his name, and the manager hung up on him we went back in person and the manager claimed he had submitted the refund the same day we returned the chain and blamed the issue on the phone system "blacking out." We called our bank, and they confirmed they had no record of a refund from this business. The bank even offered to stay on the phone while we went back and spoke with the manager. When we returned, the manager initially refused to speak with the bank representative eventually he spoke with her but was rude and gave her an attitude. He insisted the refund had been submitted, even though the bank confirmed they had nothing from them. He then gave the bank a number for the company handling the financing. At this point, the situation is under investigation , Based on everything that happened even the bank thinks there may have been fraudulent activity and decided to personally credit the money back to our account. We also needed the refund to pay the last of our rent now waiting for the credit to hit our account we're not sure we can pay our rent.
