Staff is friendly, but to my palette, the food was barely acceptable and reminiscent of the pre foil-wrapped burgers you get at a hospital or school cafeteria. The burgers are quite dry, they're extremely messy, which isn't a great thing if you're trying not to spill it all over yourself, the redeemer is the crack sauce which is pretty great. The fries are strange, they're the same quality as you would get from a good chip shop, but I don't think they goes very well with the whole American restaurant aesthetic they're going for. Really, if you're wanting to support local, eat here. If you're wanting to have something a bit more put together but for the exact same price, go eat at Five Guys.

The burgers were proper thick handmade beef burgers topped with two buttermilk chicken goujons, tobacco onions, choice of salad and snuggled inside a toasted brioche bun. No amount of red sauce can disguise the taste of meh burger patties, especially when they're about as thin as paper coasters. The place is usually clean enough but tables can sometimes be crummy. Service is good daytime though, cashiers are usually friendly. At night, it can be a wait but then you usually have the crowds from the Coach and Harry's to deal with.
