HORRIBLE! DO NOT EAT HERE! This is the saddest Fuddruckers on planet earth. The prices have gone up again and the experience has gone way down. It's just not worth it. I got a burger with fries and a drink, no cheese, and it was just under $19 after tax. They don't even give you a real cup, you get a styrofoam cup and plastic to-go style silverware. That's what sit down dining patrons all get. The restaurant was dirty and the booth I sat in had a huge split in the cover. It was worn where people had sat on/moved over the split over time. The food was terrible, bun cold, burger was way overcooked and had no flavor all. It looked like one of those hockey puck frozen patties. I'm sure it was. They also have done away with the hot cheese by the condiments. That was one of the best things they had going. I asked an employee and they said they got rid of it because of COVID???? I guess they also got rid of their common sense. For a sit down restaurant to not even give real dishes is crazy. I was craving Fuddruckers but I'm done. This place is diabolically bad. This location was absolutely outstanding tonight! We came with a large party shortly before closing and Keosha and Dee saved the day! They remained courteous, kind, and upbeat while our group was there, I can't tell sing their praises enough. Our group really appreciated the experience and the hot food! Went to Boardwalk and realized I hadn't had Fudds in years. Highly disappointed. Sign says "fresh bread", but clearly they were pulling out store bought buns out of packages. Buns were fridge cold, and hamburger was lukewarm. Fries were ok, but certainly wasn't worth the over $60 for a family of four to eat at overall. Also the selection of toppings was only lettuce, onions, pickles, and tomatoes. No pico or other toppings like I've seen in the past. With nearly all Fuddrucker's locations closed in the past few years, I was somewhat excited to see that one is still operating in Bossier, so I meandered on over to get myself a nice serving of what used to be one of my favorite burgers. I never achieved this goal. While I'm waiting in line to order, there was a family of four in front of me trying to order, but they couldn't. The woman at the cash register kept telling them that they were out of everything they attempted to order. No 1/3 pound patties. No wings. Basically, the entire menu on the wall seemed to be there for no other reason than decoration. The poor woman trying to take the order tried to laugh and say, "We've got the Fudd, but not the ruckers today." I truly felt for her as I can't see that it was in any way her responsibility that they were trying to operate a restaurant that doesn't appear to carry any food in its inventory. I thought to myself that I didn't want the frustration of going through multiple attempts at ordering to get whatever was left in the place, which would probably have differed significantly from what I wanted, so I chuckled to myself and went over to 8 oz burger bar in the Horseshoe where they actually have and serve food. I passed by this restaurant for years. Tonight my husband and I finally decided to eat there. I should've kept walking. We were told that they were out of 90% of the menu. They didn't even have catsup. The restaurant was filthy. All of the employees were standing around talking loudly and blasting their music when one of them could've been cleaning, because they obviously didn't have any customers due to the lack of food. Decided to come by and eat at Fuddruckers after a long drive to the casinos. My wife and I haven't been to one in years, so It was a surprise to find out how delicious the food is! Everything is cooked to order and you can customize what ingredients you want (there's a small area like a "salad bar" with ingredients and condiments for your burger), which I thought was an awesome idea! Sometimes it's a pain to customize your burger but this way, you can put whatever you like! This location wasn't too busy, the food was prepared in about 5 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we picked it up. This location was nicely taken care of and the ingredients for the burgers looked fresh and clean. Out burger was cooked just right as well as the onion rings (which are delicious!!!) and fries. If you want a quick burger meal to eat, this is definitely a great place to try out. read more

I love fresh real beef cooked to order. Their buns are always perfect. Dads first trip here. The veggie bar tripped him out. He was so excited to fix his own burger. He made it perfect to his liking. I like that Fuddruckers have leaf lettuce and shredded lettuce. Their veggie bar was very neat very fresh looking and just appealing. The restaurant was quiet and very clean. The burgers, fries and sweet potato fries were hot and fresh. This is the home of the burger where you actually taste meat and not just a mouthful of bun. The woman that appeared to be the manager was talking about which of the men on her kitchen staff have slept at her apartment with sexual innuendos about what they do. The service was good, although you could see the, "I don't wanna be here today." dripping from the employee's faces. I can't really fault them. Not many of us like our jobs and I don't fault anyone for not trying to fake it for the general public. The food was okay. I had the Southwest burger combo and my friend had the Swiss Melt combo. All together, the total was $27.52. That's over $13.00 each. We could have went to an actual restaurant, ordered from menus, and had a waiter or waitress bring our food and drinks for that price. Plus, you have to go over to the salad bar to add your own lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and assorted other condiments. For that price, I want my burger to be great, not just okay. The fries were small and in the shape of commas, giving me pause (pun intended) as to why we chose to eat at Fuddrucker's in the first place. There are a lot of places to eat at Louisiana Boardwalk and you can do a lot better than Fuddrucker's. *Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the fountain drink area. Every time I tried to fill my drink, I had to deal with an absolute clusterf**k of human traffic. They picked the worst place to put the drink station in. It's located right in the middle, where customers have to walk through to either sit down, or get their condiments. So, you have all of these people either refilling their drinks, going to their seats, going to the restroom, or going to put condiments on their burgers. All of them, swirling about, confused and frustrated. I won't be going back anytime soon, although I am very grateful to my best friend for buying our meal.
