Fubar is in a strip mall, basically between an antique mall and a Domino's Pizza. Definitely a dive but some interesting decor and video games plus a TV screen that was playing old movies. There is a huge, free parking lot in front.
We visited for a music show. It is a small venue, very intimate and easy to interact with the performers. We had to pay cash for the cover charge ($15 each) at the door or we could have bought our tickets in advance on-line. They did card everyone, so bring your ID and you get a bracelet. They accepted credit cards for drinks. The bartender was very nice, but they didn't have everything on the drink menu. Drink prices are about what you'd expect.
The decor is interesting, including in the women's bathroom. There was almost no toilet paper left in the bathroom when I visited. read more
