First off, the Chesterfield Mall site construction has to be killing this place. The building,…read moreformerly Macaroni Grill, is completely isolated. I met my friend there on the Thursday night before Independence Day at 6 pm and there were only about 5 other people there. I consider this a major factor in the quality of experience. The fried cauliflower appetizer was wonderfully prepared and tasty. I got the red chicken curry and I thought it was only ok. Our table was hounded by some persistent house flies the entire meal. Pretty bothersome considering we were indoors and there weren't many people there. Understandably, there was no draft beer being offered. There was a good selection of bottles. Service was good and friendly. The curry was a disappointment, but there are a lot of other options that I think would be worth trying. I'm hoping Red Chili can survive the construction. I encourage people to try to support it.

The pork belly dish especially reminded me of a homecooked dinner from an auntie of mine! I ordered the spicy pork belly over rice. Taste is 5/5. The pork belly is perfectly tender. True to…read morethe dish's name, the sauce definitely has a spicy kick but not too spicy that it overwhelms the taste. It pairs really well with the rice. The egg and cilantro are nice touches to the dish. If the dish were a tad cheaper (priced at $19), I'd be an even bigger fan. But not unreasonable and taste is completely worth it - reminiscent of home cooking or Taiwanese comfort food (Lu rou fan) which is my favorite. I would definitely order again!

Food was delicious if a bit rich. A couple of cons- the prices on some dishes seemed a bit high and they need some background music playing throughout. This is a delicious sit-down, full-service restaurant for Wildwood to have. We throughly enjoyed the Tandoori Chicken and the Paneer Tikka Masala. Both were flavorful and tasted very fresh and vibrant. Our server was attentive and friendly despite having other tables and assisting with takeout and answering phones. Mint & Martini has a full bar with an emphasis on allocated bourbon. The atmosphere is upscale with modern décor. The restaurant space itself is huge and can accommodate large reservations and parties easily. There's a very nice patio with an outdoor bar perfect for summertime and will be even better when the weather is less hot during Spring and Fall. We will continue to choose Mint & Martini for dinner out in West St. Louis County.
